The pretzel is very bland. I couldn't taste any butter nor salt. And the expectation to tip a cashier that did nothing extra or special is very distasteful.

Sometimes names lie like Best Coffee but here it truly is the Great Cookies. Just don't think about how much sugar there is! This location doesn't decorate as well as the one by the outlet mall and the employees feel like robots compared to the outlet mall but the product is Hella good!
Cookies were excellent. A must stop anytime I sm on the area.

I spoke and dealt with Janaye at this location and she was such a delight. Very friendly and sweet and just happy to be at work which is a big deal now a days. People just don’t seem as happy and happy to be at work but Janaye said she loves her job and you could tell in her actions and words and to me that helps make an experience even better. Cookie cakes are ALWAYS good but having a person with a happy go lucky glad to be at work attitude makes me want to come back to this location each time I need a cookie cake done. Double sweetness with her around. Thank you JANAYE!!! ?

The people and cookie cake - both amazing. I had an issue with my order that was totally my fault, and the manager was so caring to help... everything turned out perfect! Not the kind of service you see often!

Worst service ever I would give it minus 5 if I could, the girls working the front never responding to me and chatting with people and taking there sweet time . Please acknowledge me that I have been waiting for over five minutes wanting to order and you don't have a line of customers, so no excuses

The unsalted pretzel bites & the cheesecake brownies are phenomenal! And another plus is the ‘crushed ice!’ I highly recommend this establishment, however, be prepared for a lengthy wait at times!

Went in and they said they didn’t have any pretzel dough and that it would be 30 minutes. Came back about 30-45 minutes later and saw they were making pretzels and told me they ran out of dough!! They were lying just because they didn’t want to make more. They were also rude about it.

Bought pretzels and a cookie from here and they were delicious. We got a strawberry cookie, cinnamon sugar pretzels with a sugar drizzle and salty pretzels with a cheese dip. They were a wonderful filling snack and worth what I paid for them. Not too expensive and definitely worth the amount given to you

I cannot stand that they only serve pretzel bites. They have gotten too lazy to actually make pretzels. The pretzels in my opinion taste like a generic dinner roll, dipped in butter and salted with pretzel salt. That doesn't make it a pretzel in my eyes. I won't be back. Even though the smell of the place is amazing.
