I spoke and dealt with Janaye at this location and she was such a delight. Very friendly and sweet and just happy to be at work which is a big deal now a days. People just don’t seem as happy and happy to be at work but Janaye said she loves her job and you could tell in her actions and words and to me that helps make an experience even better. Cookie cakes are ALWAYS good but having a person with a happy go lucky glad to be at work attitude makes me want to come back to this...read full review
The people and cookie cake - both amazing. I had an issue with my order that was totally my fault, and the manager was so caring to help... everything turned out perfect! Not the kind of service you see often!

Sometimes names lie like Best Coffee but here it truly is the Great Cookies. Just don't think about how much sugar there is! This location doesn't decorate as well as the one by the outlet mall and the employees feel like robots compared to the outlet mall but the product is Hella good!
