Went to KFC last night 11/14/25 when I tell you that was the best customer services experience I have had in a long time at a restaurant The manager Vaughn was knowledgeable and helpful so polite and the food was fresh hot and so good I will be going back I think y'all so much for the experience it was very refreshing to have polite smiling fast and knowledgeable customer service on top of the order being right and good and hot

The service was very unprofessional. The food was served without condiments, napkins, or utensils, and rude without delay. We were left to eat with our hands when proper dining items should have been provided.
When I brought my concerns to the manager, instead of addressing the issue appropriately, I was told, “I’m sorry ma’am, but the staff, they just do what they want to do.” This response was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no accountability or effort to resolve the matter. $$54 to eat like savages‼️

I went up here and spent $74 for food for my family I then drove all the way home and was portioning out the food to find that there where 0 biscuits this meal was suppose to have 8 I even asked the gentleman behind the counter if this was everything and he confirmed. Now this wouldn’t be a big deal except every attempt to reach the store to try and rectify this has failed I’ve called multiple times and they wouldn’t even pick up. All this to say that the workers in the store were very nice and pleasant but I just think that’s unacceptable to spend so much money and not get what you paid for and then have no way to try and rectify the situation

This location should be ashamed of themselves, I got a 3 piece box 2 sides biscuit and a 4 piece apple pie bites. To say this was the worst KFC ever. I ordered extra crispy but received extra soggy extra extra old chicken. The coleslaw and taters is almost impossible to screw up but everything else was either old, cold, or greasy. And to add insult to injury after paying over 17 dollars for a 3 piece it’s all dark meat, a leg and 2 thighs, so I paid that much for absolute trash food, won’t happen again though, on that you can be assured!

The food is always hot and served with a smile. Everyone is working as a team, and the wait time is minimal.
Parking: There is limited parking for pick up orders. So I suggest to Mobile order and get through the line.

They’re literally selling spoiled chicken …
Is it too much to ask for decent chicken if not the best chicken for the amount of money I spent ….as if these days and timing money isn’t limited and Healthcare is another different chapter. Although it was my decision to purchase from here prior to reading reviews, I will not order from here again. I will value my health much more.

I’ve been to this location several times and just recently the customer service was horrible. They’re visibly on their phones and they do not greet nor thank the customers.

Let me first state that I came to this establishment on behalf of my mom. She had order a family chicken bucket and requested an extra side of mash potatoes and 4 extra biscuits. They forgot to include the extra orders. My mom called the manager, who stated that if she came back with the receipt she would be able to get the food that was not included. This happened Oct. 22nd.
Today when I went to get a small coleslaw, my mom asked if I would get the food they had forgotten the first time. She also asked if I could ask them to exchange the mash potatoes for another coleslaw since we did not need mash potatoes for the planned meal. So I went into the restaurant and explained exactly what I just explained to you to the cashier. She looks at me with a glassy-eyed stare, and simply states, "I don't know. I haven't been to work in a week. I just came back." We stared at each other for a little. I ask if there was anyone else who can help. She then motioned to a manager who just so happened to be walking into the work area.
I reexplained the situation to the manager. She asked what manager did I speak to. I didn't know, so I just said, "Not sure. But I have the receipt, the time, and the manager spoken with did say she would write the name down so that can be checked as well." She disregards what I said, and asks when this happened. I told her October 22nd. She then walks off and presumably starts redoing the order. The cashier asked if I had another order, and I informed her of my small coleslaw, which she did ring up. I then informed her that I wanted to ask if I could change out the mash potato in the replacement order or if the order needed to be kept the same since it was a replacement.
She looked at me, glassy-eyed, "I don't know. I was gone for a week. I just got back." Figuring I wouldn't get anywhere with her, I waited for the manager to come back. She did eventually with the missing order, and I asked her about the replacement. She looks at me, and states dismissively, "No the order has to be kept the same. We are replacing this for free-" I interrupt her at this point, and ask if I can get another coleslaw. She quickly does the ring up, and walks off, hands me another coleslaw and turns to another customer.
I pack the food and leave.
I don't expect a lot from restaurant workers. I don't expect Chik-fil-A level of service. But I do expect not to be treated like a nuisance. And recall, this was done in lieu of my mom. Would they have been as rude if my mom was there? The evidence points towards yes, and that is truly appalling. I don't know what their issue was, but since I was treated like a nuisance I figured I might as well follow through and do the next nuisance thing and write a nasty review.
TLDR? The service here is appalling. Unless you're just looking to be treated like the gum on the back of somebodies shoe, I would recommend a different restaurant.

Ordered this kfc maybe 5 times in last two or three months. It was doordashed... It has been the nastiest most greasy food I ever ordered. Every SINGLE time I ordered KFC and had it delivered, I always got the wrong order. Didn't even get my order. When I call they let the phone ring. Just one time they answered the phone .. but time they answered it they put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. Food is cold everytime. They cook chicken in what tastes like years old grease. One time the chicken was cooked in grease so old, the chicken was black to the bone. I wouldn't recommend this location for delivery as they give the dasher anybody's food. Don't get this KFC unless you want someone else's order.have called corporate multiple times to report them. Would give them 0 stars if I could .
