Stopped here at 2:45 on a Friday for a late lunch. Service was prompt, the guy in the window was very polite and the food was hot and fresh, with freshly cooked fries for my order. The Dr Pepper is cold and fizzy & the Krystal burgers made to perfection on this trip.

It's Krystal, so I don't expect much. They have a very limited menu that I can choose from, due to my dislike of onions. I know this isn't their fault, and more of a me thing, but even if I order some cheese Krystals, no onions....you can bet that I will still get slivers of onions on my food. Thankfully, I am not allergic and can tolerate them in small amounts.
At the same time, my son enjoys Krystal, so as a Dad, I suffer for his happiness. The people...

Kenyatta did a great job serving me and my family on our family road trip. The food was fresh and we had a large group but she made everyone order correctly and not one thing missing!… I just wanted to shine the light on Riverside dr Krystal manager because she definitely deserves the recognition!
