It is a great pleasure seeing one of my former students all grown up and working! Tyasia has one of those personalities that belongs in the public. She is funny and kind, two great qualities that anyone in customer service needs. When I come in for my delicious Spudmax, I always look for one of my favorite people!

I love the Presidential Parkway McCallisters. I always receive great service from the friendly staff. In particular Ms. Tyasia is always very helpful with my questions about the menu. I live in Jones County but make the 50 mile round trip at least twice a month.

I ordered a Half Chicken Caesar Salad and Half Spud Max for delivery from the McAllisters in Bonaire for delivery. Not only did the restaurant put the hot food and cold food in the SAME container, both were incorrectly prepared. I asked for extra bacon, I couldn’t find but one piece. The Chicken Caesar Salad had no dressing on it. There wasn’t any. Not at all. When I called the restaurant, they said all they could do was give me a credit for extra dressing the next time I came in.

Ordered a fruit tray last minute for a Christmas party. The advertised price was $45 but on check out price increased to $53. I said cool it comes with a strawberry dip. Went to pick it up and was told the almost $60 fruit tray wouldn’t even feed 20-25 people! And guess what… NO DIP included although it was advertised!!! No discount offered or anything. Just a sorry excuse that it didn’t come with dip due to me not ordering a breakfast fruit tray. How would I know that I needed to order a “breakfast” fruit tray when that wasn’t even an option on the website?! I could’ve gotten a bigger fruit tray from Publix for $20 less!! Piss poor service and ridiculous pricing is why I won’t be going back.

Went to McAlister's on Presidential Pkwy in Macon GA at 4:55 pm on 11-16-2024. No diners except two people in pickup line. Only one cashier and she was working with them. One person in back cooking and one guy walking between front and back, but did not offer to help. We stood there at least 5 minutes and since no one ever acknowledged us, we left and went to Firehouse.

This location smells musty and the fruits and vegetables are never high quality or fresh. On the other hand, I like some of their hot sandwiches and sweet tea, and there is not much lunch selection in the area. So I keep returning 🤦🏻♀️

So I just went and ordered my daughter some food from and here Oh helllll no! The turkey and cheese was blah, the macaroni and cheese was TERRIBLE!!! Mushy, cold, just straight up disgusting. I only gave them two stars because every time I eat here my food is amazing but do not buy your children food from here! Smh. And the tea usually is great but not today! And the customer service is always great.
