If I could give zero points I would. The customer service is horrible. He hung up on me when I called in and order, when I went in to speak to him he told me I was stupid. And told me he did not want my business. We should all oblige them and not give them any business.

I was pleasant and courteous but the owners have trash attitudes! I merely asked for half-full WATERY Yum Yum sauce! I asked for it to be filled at least! The lady yelled back and said that’s how it comes, I said I don’t want it refund it and the male owner got nasty and so did I! nevertheless no one should eat here and get this type of service. A shrimp fried rice should be full for $10!

Yesterday was my second time at this location in about 2 weeks. Moved back to Macon in August 2023 and could not find a good and consistent wing spot to save my life. I totally forgot about Moon’s. They taste just like I remember them. I ordered a 10 piece just wings and them thangs hit EVERY time! If you looking for a good wing spot in Macon, look no further! Very friendly people and place is always clean! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Stop from a very long road trip to get some food. Not as appetizing as advertised. A simple fry rice with vegetables and shrimp with bearly 2 very tiny pieces of broccoli, couple strands of carrots and 4 shrimp, the rice was hard . I also got wings which was blah. To top it off I got a Pepsi which was hot, I asked for some ice, which I had to pay for . The weather very hot. Dissatisfied customer. Amount of food did not worth $21.00

I ask him could he remake it or a refund. He proceeds to telling loud as hell. When I’m talking to him in a calm voice. Never again. I. Ordered takeout

Me and my 12 year old just left from this establishment. It was a horrible experience. This Asian lady at the counter seemed to be angry about life in general. My daughter got lemon pepper wings. They looked boiled with lemon pepper sprinkles. I asked her politely to refry. I didn’t ask for new wings but just refry. She said no but I explained to her they didn’t look good. She took the wings while fussing. She brought the wings back and she was still fussing. She was basically hollering “next time tell us you want them crispy.” She said this 4xs. She then looked at my daughter and repeated it again when she realized it was her food. I told her we didn’t know it wouldn’t look done to have to ask for it to be fried hard. She kept fussing about the same thing. I had enough I had to tell her about herself. We will not be back there. It’s one thing to chastise me but my daughter “No!” Idk why she thought this was ok or customer service but evidently she doesn’t care. This place use to be decent. Idk what happened. It must be owned by new people now. Not sure but to be fussed at for something you didn’t do was too much. I see where she has had a lot of concerns from previous customers about her attitude and food not being done. She’s nice until there’s a concern. I will never go back again in my life.
