We enjoyed the food very much, but the service was a little lack-luster.

I stopped by yesterday at lunch, and ordered a Ninja Bento Box. Firstly, the place smells very musty, and that has stopped me from eating here in the past, but it’s close to where I work and I was short on time, so I decided to power through. The meal comes with a soup, salad, fried rice, noodles, and various sushi. The soup was lukewarm, which is unfortunate but not a huge deal. The salad, however, was room temperature and tasted like it had been out for a while before coming to my table. The box itself was presented well and looked appealing, but after eating my Tuna sashimi (also a little too warm for sushi), I took a bite of the salmon sashimi and it tasted and smelled rotten. It is a day later and I am sick to my stomach from what I can reliably say was my food at this restaurant. I don’t know if there is a problem with the refrigeration in the restaurant or if they prepared things ahead of time and served them later than they were supposed to, but it was highly disappointing to pay $15+ for a meal I was frankly scared to eat. The serving staff were friendly enough, but I would not recommend Ninja to anyone anytime soon.

Just generally an unfriendly vibe. I felt pretty rushed when the waiter was taking our orders. The food was okay but when I got dessert the cheesecake was frozen at the top and had a hot crust. I wont be coming back here, nor do I recommend this place.

The sushi was great. They did not have the pineapple sake so that was disappointing.

Arrived at restaurant about 50 minutes before closing so I was a little concerned, but it was no problem. Our service was excellent, the food was served promptly. The miso soup was the best I’ve ever had and the FRIED RICE…… YUMMY!! My 8 year old daughter had to be physically restrained from doing her karate moves because the atmosphere is so authentic. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I've been depriving myself, this is my new go-to hibachi place. The fried rice is out of this world. I got the chicken hibachi. I will be back and I highly recommend this place. So good!

Terrible experience. Rude manager . Ordered several rolls and just one was disgusting and asked to have it removed. He was so cheap he wouldn't remove it from the check. Go

I really wanted to like this place because it’s conveniently located but damn, the service is awful. Me and my gf went last night and asked to place a takeout order (because their phone doesn’t work, ever) and the first guy said “ok” then proceeded to just organize the menus right in front of us. Really odd, but maybe he’s not the order taker. Another guy comes up to the counter and waves us off, directing us to the door, saying “45 minute wait.” Didn’t even ask if we wanted to wait. The party behind us awkwardly left too. This was at 8:00pm on a Saturday, so they were still very much open. They clearly didn’t want our business, and lucky for them, they won’t be getting it in the future.
