We found this as we were passing through Macon and it was delicious. The pasta was fresh and I think the pesto was homemade with large chunks of chicken and bacon. The turkey sandwich had a great amount of of meat in it and the sweet potato fries were crispy. We loved eating outside on the sidewalk. Also... Jess was a great waitress

My favorite restaurant in Macon! And on a nice day, it's awesome to sit outside. The bar is great too. Fresh good eats. They change it up here and there, but I would say whatever salmon is usually what I order and always happy with! They also make a really good Paloma, which I swap tequila for Mezcal.

Salad and sandwiches are great. Very busy during lunch, but absolutely worth the wait. Paloma is very good and sitting on the patio is enjoyable most of the year as they have heaters to keep patrons warm.

I've always loved everything I've ordered here - except maybe the ravioli. Love their pastas, their vegetables, and omg the salmon!!! Appetizers are always delicious, too.

Have lunch here often and not as much for dinner. But dinner was very enjoyable and the wait staff continue to be friendly and capable. Only recommendation would be to provide a bread service at dinner.
Pleasant surprise. Very good food and excellent service.Spent the night in Macon while traveling and found this restaurant on open table. Glad we did. If ever back in area again we will return.

Loved my first visit to Oliver's. We had reservation's which was nice to be able to book online. Server was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We had tickets to a show at the Grand Opera house and had plenty of time to enjoy our meal and not feel rushed. I will definitely go back and do recommend trying this place if you haven't.

After a long and tiring day my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner on Sunday night. We don't eat out much and never eat at chain restaurants. We'd eaten at Oliver's in the past and enjoyed it, but it had been awhile. We made a reservation through OpenTable, which was quick and easy. We made it for 5:30, since we like to eat early. It was a good thing we made the reservation and made it for an early time, because by the time we finished, Oliver's had gotten busy and people were waiting to be seated. Oliver's, which was good before, has really stepped up their game. My wife had the seafood special of halibut and I had the filet. Both meals were excellently prepared. My steak was just as I had specified and my wife's halibut was perfect. They got my asparagus just right, nice and crunchy but not undercooked. We topped off our meal with a very pleasant Primotivo wine and finished with their tasty tiramisu. Our host and waiter were friendly, helpful and attentive. This all made for just the dining experience we were after. My wife commented it was the nicest eating out experience we have had in a long time. We'll certainly be returning regularly!

Great that it is open on Sunday and takes reservations. Food was quite good, quite a long wait between drinks and food/. Party of 5, mains all came at once, but some sides were delayed and/or forgotten.

The food is above average, the prices are fare, but if you book a reservation, specify a server other than sheena. Shes like a robot...says same thing to every table, gets order wrong, makes you feel uncomfortable dinning. If i go back I'll sit at bar to make sure its a good experience. Bar tenders rock.
