What an unexpected delight! We stopped in around 9:00 p.m. for a late dinner and had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
I ordered the Superfood Salad with grilled salmon, and it was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had.

Oliver's Corner Bistro is a highly recommended spot with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. The patio offers beautiful views of downtown Macon. The blackened red snapper and bourbon glazed salmon were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The house vinaigrette salad was fresh, and the New York strip was a hit. The staff, including Megan and Jordan, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. A Paloma cocktail was also delicious. Guests have enjoyed the steak with garlic butter and Gouda Mac, appreciating its massive size and flavor. The atmosphere is trendy, casual, and inviting, making it a great choice for both casual meals and special occasions like Mother's Day or an anniversary. Oliver’s also features specials not on the menu, like Elk, which many have found cooked to perfection.
