Oliver's Corner Bistro is a highly recommended spot with excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. The patio offers beautiful views of downtown Macon. The blackened red snapper and bourbon glazed salmon were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The house vinaigrette salad was fresh, and the New York strip was a hit. The staff, especially Destiny, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. A Paloma cocktail was also delicious. Whether for a Mother's Day outing or an anniversary, Oliver's is a perfect downtown dinner choice.
