This location is the worst one among all other Papa John's locations. The staff members lack courtesy and are extremely lazy and indifferent. Instead of making customers' pizzas, they keep talking and laughing with each other. I have been here for 38 minutes, and my pizza still is not ready. I will never return to this location, again.

10/23/2024 For Papa John to charge me $31.41 for 1 large pizza.There should NOT have been someone eyelash melted on top of the cheese once I opened the box.I had actually bit that exact piece of pizza & that is NOT sanitary for whomever made my order to not be well groomed as far as wearing their hair inside a hair net & have it pulled back into a pony tail where it's NOT in contact with my food.The eyelash was on top of the cheese & I don't wear eyelashes.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars to this place . The most inept people I’ve ever witnessed at a papa John’s . Simple order . 2 papa bowls and a 10 piece regular wings . Not one thing was correct , gave me boneless wings instead of regular wings , no meatballs at all in the papa bowls and no spicy sausage. How hard is it to follow directions? Oh and I had to wait 20 minutes past the trackers done time too . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION !! And I tipped them 20% on line before I knew how inept they were .??

Basically it's cheese and bread with very little sauce. More bread with some cheese and a few toppings. It's a shame th at store brought pizza is becoming better than a pizza chain at a fraction of the cost you got one job papa John's! Sorry not buying again.

This Papa John has really went down hill I mean from the staff to the pizza ? the crust is paper thin, the menu is now a brochure no longer on the wall, pillowy crust it was known for is now thin as the card board it comes in, the staff are teenagers that knows nothing about making pizza. They don't even use gloves to prepare the food how unsanitary. Order at your own risk highly disappointed ? ?
For some reason, the last 2 times I've received my pizza, it's had a super thin crust. The only reason I love Papa Johns Pizza is because it normally has a think crust. Please bring back the think crust!

We orders bbq wings and they sent us plain wings and just poured BBQ sauce on them, they were not cooked that way, like normal...then when I called she was rude and told me that's how they make them even though I said that's not what your website pictures look like...she pretty much told me I'm sol
