A date night delight. Wife and I enjoyed both plenty of food food and a bottle of wine.Try the Green Goddess Dip. Also, they have an item with a turkey sandwich with cherry compote that they were testing and it was delicious. Is not too loud, very laid back atmosphere with Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc. playing in the background. I wore a T-shirt and jeans and felt right at home, so don't worry about dress code. They are rotating some menu items seasonally, so stop in every months at least. We will be!Vegetarian options: Green Goddess Dip.

The service was excellent! We had wine flights and a small board. I do wish you could actually select everything on your board, but overall everything was really good!

Another amazing spot that we all need to support - Macon needs Philosophie and Philosophie needs Macon! This wine bar on Poplar downtown is just the thing for a late night glass of wine with a nice cheese and/or charcuterie board. Head over after a movie or other event or go with a crowd for some fun wine and cheese tasting. The people are friendly and for those who are just starting to learn their way around a wine bottle, there are about five flights with about five wines each for tasting so you can start to learn what you like and what you don't. If you're a wine aficionado you will find some decent wines in the $14/glass range and some that you probably are not familiar with, but are worth a try.The vibe of the place is modern, but friendly. I've been there only twice, but they make me feel like I'm a regular. Last night I had the most amazing goat cheese spread topped with honey, walnuts, and dates and served with toasted baguette slices - a huge serving for only $12. I paired it with a delicious full bodied red wine and it was heaven. Lots of great conversation and I recommend you head over there soon and show them some love!Vegetarian options: Lots of cheese for vegetarians, not very vegan friendly.

While ordering our wines along with a small cheese board, we waited 25 minutes for our food. After asking our server it came out. Underwhealimg would be an understatement to say the least. One type of cheese (processed pepper jack, worst cheese for wine) with only a few slices and an oxidized and old coppa, and a few slices of smelly pre sliced salami. We had the Crackers, olives, and cheese and paid the 20!!!!! Dollars for it. That and 2 glasses of wine for 60$! Never again

Food and drinks were good but for the price we didn't feel that it was quite worth it. The glass of wine was maybe 3oz. For $14 a glass, we expected a full glass.

It’s a cute little wine bar. The charcuterie board was varied, interesting and delicious. The drinks were good, and service was great. The atmosphere wasn’t as intimate or upscale as I hoped for a date night, but a fine experience overall.

It’s nice to have a place to go in downtown Macon that specializes in meat and cheese boards as well as many other options. Their food is fresh and local. The wine options are unbelievable. Beautiful interior. They host wine tasting events that shouldn’t be missed. I could live at this place.

Absolutely incredible. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, the wine the waitress recommended was delicious, and we were obsessed with the Fromage de Chèvre. We also had the chocolate truffles which were all amazing. 10/10 such a great addition to Downtown Macon!

Came in for drinks and appetizers. Only food available were cheese, crackers, and desserts. Could use other options for food. Good selection of wine but that’s about it. The manager, Kyle is def a no it all and somewhat obnoxious.
