They will rip you off in a heartbeat. I had mine for delivery and I ordered 50% extra protein and they didn't put it on the sandwiches. 2 ft longs I paid for extra protein and didn't get it. They also had a promotion to apply if you spent over $25 you get a free box of six cookies. Applied that to my order and still didn't get the cookies. Now I'm not really complaining about not getting free cookies, though it's the principle of the matter. But it seems like if you're not there to watch them literally make the order in front of your eyes, they will rip you off in a heartbeat.

The franchise owner is horrible. He purposely set up his systems to not allow refunds. There are no signs posted. The workers are great and can only do so much.

have been ordering twice a week with no problems and today was horrible!!!! I did not get the two chocolate chip cookies that I paid for nor did they give me the dipping sauce for my dipper!!! Really very dissatisfied. I even tried calling so they can make it right and the # on Google is out of service.!!!!!!

literally horrible. Every single time i order take out here they somehow mess up my family's order. The order itself is never once right and they always forget to add something or make the sandwich totally different than what I ordered. I ordered roast beef, white bread, extra mayo and pickles. Simple right? apparently not. They gave me flimsy and gross looking roast beef, lettuce, olives, no mayo, whole wheat bread, and provolone cheese. Nowhere near what i asked for. And dont even get me started on every other time we've gotten food there. THIS time just happened to be the worst.

I went in to grab a quick bite there was one employee and he was slow, the meat and salad bar needed to be cleaned and restocked there was no sweat tea made. He was fixing mine and another customers order at the same time the guy behind me ordered jalapeno and banana peppers the employee just reached out and put them on his sandwich and then without changing his gloves started working on mine. I paid for the food but I won't eat it because the more I think about it the more disgusted I get. I used to like this store I'll probably never go back.
