have been ordering twice a week with no problems and today was horrible!!!! I did not get the two chocolate chip cookies that I paid for nor did they give me the dipping sauce for my dipper!!! Really very dissatisfied. I even tried calling so they can make it right and the # on Google is out of service.!!!!!!

literally horrible. Every single time i order take out here they somehow mess up my family's order. The order itself is never once right and they always forget to add something or make the sandwich totally different than what I ordered. I ordered roast beef, white bread, extra mayo and pickles. Simple right? apparently not. They gave me flimsy and gross looking roast beef, lettuce, olives, no mayo, whole wheat bread, and provolone cheese. Nowhere near what i asked for. And dont even get me started on every other time we've gotten food there. THIS time just happened to be the worst.

Failure to accept or honor any of subways coupons or deals that are listed for the area. Do not go here for anywhere you have seen advertised and dont take any of the coupons you receive in the mail here horrible customer service as
I went in to grab a quick bite there was one employee and he was slow, the meat and salad bar needed to be cleaned and restocked there was no sweat tea made. He was fixing mine and another customers order at the same time the guy behind me ordered jalapeno and banana peppers the employee just reached out and put them on his sandwich and then without changing his gloves started working on mine. I paid for the food but I won't eat it because the more I think about it the more disgusted I get. I used to like this store I'll probably never go back.

I would give a 0 if possible. We ordered online this evening at 8:05, pickup at 8:30. My husband gets there to shut gates, waits 10 minutes only to be told our sandwiches were never made because they never received a ticket. The guy then "finds" our ticket in the trash, refuses to make our sandwiches, and tells us to either get a refund or come back tomorrow for our food. Claims they closed at 8, but their hours say they close at 9:30.

First of all, the line was too long and the staff were playing behind the counter with their friends!! These random people weren’t even employees there but were making peoples orders and cashing people out! They didn’t even know what to ring up!! The employees were also eating up the food. I Waited so long to finally place an order only to find out that they were out of what I wanted. This entire experience was less than satisfying. I left without anything. I didn’t feel comfortable eating anything they were preparing anyway. Too much laughing and playing around the food. Very disgusting.

This subway is inside Walmart therefore the atmosphere is busy. The food was delicious and fresh. The service was outstanding. You could tell the employees liked working with each other which is something you don't see every day.

I've worked in the establishment. It was one of my favorite jobs. But the owner and management are rude and I've caught then cutting hours. And you never get recognized for all your hard work and the place is riddled with roaches and flies and non of the employees wash their hands change gloves or rotate the food and vegi bar like they are supposed to so people don't get sick. Right now they only have two employees there and they have been closing at 2 instead of 9 like they're supposed to. Place should be shut down or sold. Theres also an employee who makes young/underage women very uncomfortable. Complaints on the inappropriate behavior in that store is of the walls crazy. I recommend going to a different subway. They never use gloves or wash their hands and they're very very rude
