Customer service is what looses the stars. They all speak when you come in but no smiles. Waitress took my order with eyes in the receipt pad. Time from the stove to the table was fine. Food was fine. Waitress never did come back to ask if I wanted more coffee or was the food ok.

The waitress, Wynter, was not nice at all. She acted as if she hates her job. Not a smile at all. She never came back to the table to check on us. The food was cold. Forgot to bring the water we asked for when we ordered. Then had an attitude because we asked her again(30 minutes later). Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Very poor on speed skills . Took an hour for our plates to get to our table another hour just about to get our ticket. Either get more people to help y'all out on nightshift or get some one who knows what they doing . This is the slowest waffle house I ever been too and what's bad it wasn't even crowded ..... Smh

I eat at Waffle House more often than any other restaurant, best coffee anywhere, tell them you want fresh coffee and they will put a fresh pot on. Mostly eat breakfast anytime but have great burgers and other lunch and dinner plates.

Would not recommend. Service is slow. And I was told I couldn’t place a to go order bc I wanted a “major meat”.... I’m not sure if this is a company policy but I never had this issue at any other Waffle House.

I thing. Poor service. Awful food. The cook didn’t have a clue about what he was doing. The waitress was slow or lazy not sure. The coffee was old and cold, thank goodness for liquid creamer. We got our food in stages. Long and drawn out stages. My sons eggs were not cooked at all. They were raw!!! This was the worst experience in a Waffle House. We should have went to the Huddle House down the road. Did I mention they gave us plastic forks and knives to eat with. My husband ordered a steak.
