The moment you step into Welch’s Meats, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of smoked meats, and you instantly fall in love. Their brisket is absolutely to die for and pairs perfectly with the smokehouse potato salad. Need a spiral ham and brisket last minute for Christmas and they did not hesitate to. The brisket was a home run and that spiral ham was a grand-slam. The honey was throughout the entire ham and not just the edges.
