Baby 12/22/24. I went into Wingstop and purchased a 10 piece wing and one of my wings was bit off. I can’t make this shit up one time I went into the same Wingstop and a man was digging his hands in the chicken with no gloves on putting it in another box I cannot make this shit up. I would never go to this nasty ass restaurant again I called them to tell them that it was a bit of wing in my box of chicken. They left me on hold, but if you live in the Macon area, do not ever eat at this restaurant because they are nasty. The icy don’t have no sugar or no covering on it flies getting in the ice tea they don’t never have nothing. They always running out of stuff at this place this place need to be shut down or re-managed This is very sickening and disheartening. I will be reaching out to corporate.for Further action

When you go here, only get chicken strips or boneless chicken. Their bone in chicken is not that good. The fried Cajun corn is awesome. The fries are not good. I like my fries crispy and not sweet.

Ordered online. Ordered 2 dinners. 1st order: fries had NO seasoning & were slimy & greasy. Wings had NO seasoning, just 10 plain chicken nuggets w/ breading falling off (ordered 2 different flavors & boneless). 2nd order: veggie sticks were not included in bag. When I called about the veggie sticks, I was snapped at. BAD experience. For the price, it was NOT worth it.

If you're looking for wings, Wingstop is the Mecca. Delicious wings where the flavor is in the chicken and not just the sauce, even though all the sauces are delicious. And don't forget that Wingstop ranch.
Literally was passing through and decided to grab some food for my kids. I order went to Kroger and still waited another 15-20 minutes. Got to the highway and then noticed I had a 6pc hot when I order a 10 half lp half bbq. I couldn’t even give my kids the hot wings. So I turned around and went back just to be told they can’t refund me because I ordered on a card and the manager isn’t there. SMH can’t wait to dispute it with my bank tomorrow when it post

So I'm writing this review as I wait amongst a ton of other customers for my order. I made an order at 7:13pm and am presently still waiting at 7:53pm. I got my order at 7:57pm. I am one of the most understanding and empathetic people when it comes to customer service because I know exactly how it feels to be doing your best and it being rewarded with disrespect. However, I do think that having to wait 40 minutes for an order is ridiculous. I will think twice before visiting this location again.
