This time not putting all my food that was paid for in the bag, if this is how the customers service is gonna remain might as well spend the extra few dollars and go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least you get all the food you paid for.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent DoorDash order. Despite placing the order an hour in advance, I ended up waiting over an additional hour with no updates. There was no greeting or communication from the restaurant staff, which made the situation even more frustrating. The three employees present seemed overwhelmed and moved at a slow pace, showing little urgency. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order due to the lack of service and communication. This was truly a horrible experience.

Bridget was amazing! Answered all my questions with a smile and professionalism. The store itself had some things... September in Georgia is still no time to have employees in 78° work environment. I do believe this is all corporate/owner level not the sweet manager on staff. Stating from someone who spent years in the restaurant industry before my degree.

I walked in and was not greeted; first red flag. It also took 10+ minutes for the worker to acknowledge me. Being that there were only 3 workers working at the time, the wait time was extremely long even with putting in an online order. Very disrespectful attitude and nasty customer service. I have never in my 20 years experienced this low of a level within customer service. Please do not waste your time coming here.

I got the 20 wings and it was me and my wife's first time going to here. The wings were good and the ranch dressing was good. The fries are a bit to salty but other than that everything else was good.

This was my first time ever eating at this and any wingstop. I was very disappointed to say the least. The wait was very long... about 30 minutes for 2 10 pieces with fries. The wings weren't very crispy like I hoped they would have been. And for 2 people to eat, it was almost $40! The employees were nice and doing the best they could. They were very knowledgeable about their menu. Maybe if I had asked them to make sure my wings were extra crispy, they would have been better. But the price ruined my appetite before we got to eat. I would not recommend this place for someone on a budget with time or money. Also, the flavored were strangely sweet, with the garlic parmesean wings and the fries.
