So a few nights ago we went through the drive-through and some girl name, Eugina or whatever was on the receipt. Short girl brown hair and black jacket. We asked her to ring up 2 fries 10 nibblerz with a side of TT sauce, which we assume 5 TT sauces was reasonable for 10 nibblers, apparently not. We received 10 nibblerz with Zax sauce instead of ranch sauce, 2 TT sauces, and one side of fries and no receipt. We tried to explain everything in the drive-through. Just for the girl to say “what you say?” Based off the question we knew we had to repeat ourselves for her to understand a little bit more the second time. She tells us to pull forward, doesn’t say anything hands over the sauce annd receipt and closes the window.. as a former Zaxby’s supervisor. I hope you get this drive-through situation fixed because I enjoy your store and other workers/cooks they’ve treated us good. Just not this last experience. Proper etiquette is still out there. You just have to find it.

Service and food have went way down ... Stop by and got 3 chic taco they put cups of sauce so much you could not eat it waste of my money i don't think I will be back as the service is just as bad ...

Love this Zaxbys! I usually stop by this place after my college classes to grab food and I’ve always received best customer service and the chicken tenders have always been hot and fresh!

I just sent my husband to pick up an online order where my debit card was charged and the restaurant is CLOSED for the night. I get it's a holiday night but if they were closing early why not make it where you can't order online! Now I have to wait until I can get in touch with someone to get my $30 back! I'm so frustrated right now!

Super nice crew that worked the night of December 20th. We ordered two big boxes and stopped on our road trip to Florida.

Chicken strips were pieces. I got the 5 piece and at least 3 of them were just over an inch long. Not fingers worth paying 14.00 for.

Stopped at this Zaxbys location probably 20 years ago or so and then stopped by again today. Love zaxbys cus the chicken is amazing but this location the service from the staff working there was terrible. The only staff that was good was Karen who helped to make sure we got our food and went above and beyond her job to make sure we were happy. The other staff there is useless

Ok, I write this with a side of caution. I can be rather picky when it comes to food. However, if I'm being charged $14 for 3 chicken tenders, they better be some good chicken tenders!

What I got barely qualified as tenders. We're talking small strips of chicken that had less meat on them than a boneless chicken "wing" served at Applebees. You can't be serious. Wayyy overpriced chicken. I also tried their egg rolls. A little weird, egg rolls at a chicken place, but ok. But what I don't understand? You're a chicken place. Why are you doing veggie egg rolls? Why not chicken egg rolls? That's what would make more sense. Vegetarians aren't coming to your restaurant, don't worry about them.

The egg rolls were pretty good though. I'll give them that. The soda machine was out of ice. I should have just went to waffle house. Now the seating was unexpected. The seating felt like it was premium seating throughout the restaurant. I was impressed at how comfortable the seating was!

Not good, but not bad.
