If I could give zero stars I would. Stopped by and ordered two salads for my wife and I in the drive through. When we got home we noticed my wife's salads has a LIVING COCKROACH crawling around inside it. I had already started eating mine. We took this picture, threw the salads away, reported to corporate, are in contact with the local health department.

The wait time is beyond what it should be. I came about two weeks ago and there was no one there to take my order. I waited more than 15 min just to get to the window where the girl was rude. Food tasted good. I am literally sitting in the drive thru right now writing this review because I have been waiting for more than 15 min from when I ordered my food. I still have not gotten it. The girl who took my payment has no business working in customer service. Please hire new people or have the owner come in and do something. Finally got my food and the boy says “ you got your drinks?” With an attitude. Unbelievable! We all work and we are all tired. There is no excuse.

The website clearly says that they're open until 10pm and at 730 they have the drive thru blocked and at the window it's like 5 people in the window saying we're closed. HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible customer service ? There needs to be new management at this location and fast. The kids and that's exactly what they are dont realize they're at work because if they did they wouldn't be laughing and playing while servicing customers. They are too busy playing they always leave something out of my order. I'm over it

The two black employees there were playing around and the food was sloppy. I ordered an unsweetened tea and did not drink it because one of the employees told the other employee "Ayr girl go make an unsweetened tea" and she about pitched a fit. I will not be going back here, and I don't think many other people are either by the the lack of customers I see when I ride by.

Upon entering the drive thru, we waited 10 minutes. The car in front of us got out of lime and we waited another 10 minutes. Upon getting to the speaker, my fiance asked was anyone there because no one said anything. She asked again with no answer, S OK as simply left. We will not be going back. This type of immature behavior is a significant departure of the conduct we expect of Zaxbys employee.

Zaxby’s Northside Drive. Anyone else go to Zaxbys on Norhside Dr. tonight and have a bad experience? Let me start by saying their was nothing fast about the drive through tonight about 45 minutes waiting in line to be served by the most unprofessional person, she was very rude. I placed my order and was told they were out of sweet tea, then was told they no longer serve side salads mind you I was looking at the menu which offers side salads. When I pulled up to the window I was watching the employees and they were filling cups wit tea and then emptying sugar packets in to the cups they just poured, put the lid on and shook the cup, glad I didn’t get sweet tea after all. When my food was ready the person thrust it out the window at me and the slammed the window shut. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back there.

This place is really slow on getting food out to customers. There was over 9 cars waiting around the parking lot for there food. Also there were 2 employees talking and chatting on the phone instead of bringing out peoples food. I would not recommend coming here after lunch hours.
My food was purchased from the Zaxby's on Northside drive. Although the food was good, the service was not. It's a bunch of young people who don't know how to make a customer feel welcome to come back. They are so unprofessional. I was handed our order and the cashier didn't say thank you, come back, nothing. She closed the window and that was it. I will never go there again.

Terrible experience. Messed up the order initially and left us waiting at the window forever, so long the driver behind us got out of line and left with a long line behind him. The dining room was closed, but we pulled up and went in and got our money back. I know times are tough for labor, but this unit should be closed until it can be sufficiently staffed and operated. No food from Zaxby's today.

Only the drive-they is open, so you think they'd have their act together. Even after repeating our order twice, they didn't get half the order. We only knew after paying. Waited forever and finally went inside (after knocking on the locked door) to get our money back. That also took forever. And no wonder restaurant isn't open yet - dirty and full of flies. A blessing in disguise we didn't get our food in a timely manner.

Historically, a very solid Zax. Even now, my order is always correct and service is friendly. However, the last few weeks something seems to be going on because the drive through is taking 15-20 minutes for 3-4 cars. The other day I bailed because the line was so long it stretched out of the parking lot at a non-rush time, like 2:30pm on a Wednesday or something. Maybe new staff still learning the ropes? Five stars for quality, three stars (right now) for efficiency.

Apparently you have to leave one star to give a review. This location doesn't even deserve that. I have several bad experiences here lately, with the worst being today's experience. Too long to post it all. Took about 45 minutes to get food through the drive through. I just suggest that the owner look into it and considering hiring a new manager, because while the food was good, the service and employees were awful. Will be contacting the owner tomorrow.
