Fun place to stop and see friends! It's the town meeting hall and bar. The staff is always smiling...the noisy raucous vibe, live music and open decor of this former livery stable is contagious. If you don't have fun here...you're the problem. Food is generally solid once you learn the ropes. (Pro-tip: Order the small pizza 'burnt' to avoid a soggy bottom). Wings and burger are also great choices.

Got a large pizza for $25 for takeout and it was a Works pizza but had about 6 olives, hardly any cheese, 6-7 pieces of sausage. Basically, it was crust with no toppings. I had to add my own cheese, olives, onions, etc. at home. We’ve been a customer since they first opened at old location and always get the same pizza as takeout, but will not again. It’s a shame as options in Madison are limited. Service was fine.

Both service and food quality are hit or miss. I cannot understand why they cram people around the bar despite the dining room being almost empty. They also need to address the buns the burgers come on. I highly suspect these are not brioche buns as stated on menu and the seem stale and crumbly.

The pizza was great! They have lots of options. The sandwiches others had looked good. Amici has a fun atmosphere and had live music when we were there.
This particular Amici's is nothing more than a bar. The other locations are much nicer and have much better service. The parking lot is nothing but cracked up old asphalt with huge potholes and mud; street parking is a premium. So loud you cannot have conversation; don't want your family or children in the back part of the restaurant because it's nothing more than a redneck bar - drinking, cussing, people going in and out of the side door smoking pot and making deals. Tried this place twice - won't do that again.

The food at all Amicis that corporate is involved with has gone down hill . The burgers are frozen and the salads are nasty. Covington has been ok , madison was always hit or miss now they are taking over Monroe at using all pre bagged food and frozen pizzas They are about to lose a very long time customer! I’m not sure what’s going on but if it’s not broken then you don’t have to fix it. They have become a greedy company that is all about saving a dollar and charging the customer more do better! We have eaten at Monroe 4 tomes in the past 2 weeks and the food quality, and quantity is consistently terrible!

We visited Madison, Georgia for 3 days with friends and family. We were able to stop in at Amici more than once, because it was right by our hotel. Mary Beth and Dee both took excellent care of us! We were greeted promptly at the door and also once we were seated. Service overall was the absolute best. But lets talk about the pizza.... Thin and cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings. And just the right amount of cheese. We got the meatums. High quality cured meets. And dont forget the sauce and the bubbles in the crust and cheese. Makes for a perfect bite. We also tried the white sauce pizza, which was equally as good. But I want to give a shout out to the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings and the Buffalo Chicken Dip.....classics at its best....glad to see these items on the menu. Just the right amount of flavor and spice. Thank you for taking care of us! We will be back!
