The food at all Amicis that corporate is involved with has gone down hill . The burgers are frozen and the salads are nasty. Covington has been ok , madison was always hit or miss now they are taking over Monroe at using all pre bagged food and frozen pizzas They are about to lose a very long time customer! I’m not sure what’s going on but if it’s not broken then you don’t have to fix it. They have become a greedy company that is all about saving a dollar and charging the customer more do better! We have eaten at Monroe 4 tomes in the past 2 weeks and the food quality, and quantity is consistently terrible!

Stopped by for lunch on Fathers Day lunch, traveling for vacation. Small wait time. Son and I split a pizza, it needed a few more minutes on the crust, but was hot and flavorful. Daughter had the chicken parm, which looked really good and seasoned! Wife had chicken sandwich with salad. Would go back. 8.4/10

Our pizza was very good. The server was attentive and even the dining room manager stopped at the table to ask if we needed anything. Only fly in the ointment was how loud it was, but it was a busy Friday night.

I wish I could leave them 500 stars!! We had Amici Madison Cater our wedding recently and everything was absolutely amazing!! Our food was so good and all night everyone talked about how good the food was! A huge shoutout to manager Joey who made the whole process seamless! He was a dream to work with and I will recommend them to ANYONE looking to cater.

I took the family to the Firefly Festival in Madison, GA, and then we found this great restaurant! The food was great, the service was great, they had live music. We enjoyed our time here. If you are ever in Madison, GA, stop by for some good food and an enjoyable environment.

First and last time here, we wanted to try a new place to eat for dinner but I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. The food is pretty expensive and isn’t the greatest, it’s nothing to brag about. The service overall sucks, staff aren’t very polite and we sat in the restaurant a lot longer than we should’ve, considering the place wasn’t even super busy. Definitely won’t be returning here.

They refuse to pick up the phone to take a carry out order. Lately when you go there to eat, its been a bunch of rude zombie waitresses that just can't be bothered to care. Won't fill up your drinks when you eat there, in fact wont come check on you at all after the drinks hit the table.
