I went in to buy dinner yesterday, and I didn't expect to be served a raw burger. The lady in the kitchen told me they serve their meat medium rare, but she was still arguing with me about my sandwich. I think it would be best for them to ask customers how they like their meat cooked. Additionally, the fries were old and seemed like they had been sitting out for a long time. The manager, named Chelsea, took forever to address my concerns, and she was very rude and didn't know how to respond. Overall, it was terrible service.
Ordered lunch in the drive-through and was asked to pull forward to wait on curly fries. Sat for 11 minutes beside the building before I went inside. They had completely forgotten my order. No apology, no recourse, no sauce, no napkins.

I never usually have problem with Arby’s getting the stuff right especially the condiments and straws. I usually order from Howell mill rd in the city. But can yall pleaseeeeee work on making sure sauces that we ask for and straws are put in the bag. I have this problem every time I order from this store and it is quite annoying. I don’t understand how hard it is to put the right things in the bag!
