Last week, I ordered my smoothie online to pick up at 11:36 a.m. it should have been ready (280 Cobb Pkwy, that Lucinda Davis (my used to be friend) was working at that time, and two of her co workers. I had to wait almost 15 minutes. I come to this Smoothie King several times a month and it's always a challenge. The people are always very nice, but they are TOTALLY understaffed! I've preordered to try and save time, I order the most basic smoothie to try and help. It's a 20-25 min long process every time... For a simple smoothie! Nothing helps. They need more staff.
