We eat, well, ate here OFTEN. Sometimes twice a week. Our servers are ALWAYS NICE AND BUSY. The young female, I think Melanie, the manager is ALWAYS kind and professional. She cares about all of the customers and check on them. We spoke to a different manager, Martina regarding a problem at a different location. She said we were approved for a refund but had to return to that store. After returning to the “bad” location, burnt old food — we were then told what was said was UNTRUE. I would never lie about this- I have never once asked for a refund nor even complained. After 3 years of eating here, we will NOT be back. Austell road restaurant with awful food and being insulted by Martina and Eric did it for us. We really enjoyed this company for a long time. They had rather lose an honest long time customer that refund 1 dinner that I never received due to waiting for them to update their rotten buffet at the AUSTELL ROAD LOCATION. People shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a selection on a buffet. I found Martina to be very dishonest. Her word is not valid. The other management at this store are exemplary. They lost a loyal long time customer for bad food and 2 bad managers between 2 stores one at Austell Road and Martina at this location. I’m writing this review because it is disappointing to lose a great place to eat over lack of integrity by management and inedible food from one of their locations. We couldn’t stay longer because my family has an autistic child who cannot tolerate hours in a restaurant.
