I ended up ordering from here by accident (mistook it for a place 5 minutes from me) and drove 25 minutes to get there. I don’t regret it. The pizza was delicious and toppings were well-cooked — chicken on pizza can sometimes be dry, but not here. It was well-seasoned and juicy and made a great combo with the pizza. Owner was also very nice, and the prices are several dollars cheaper than places that aren’t nearly as good. I’d recommend it for halal and non-halal needs.
I came to AZ Pizza at around 12AM on a Saturday night. The restaurant was empty, there was a gentlemen behind the counter named Aziz, who I later found out was the owner of the restaurant.We weren't sure what to order, and he was extremely patient with us, he said take your time no rush, etc. We ended up asking him what's best and he said the tandoori chicken sandwich, wings, pizza, etc. We ordered a gyro wrap, 6 wings, and a tandoor chicken sandwich.We waited 15 minutes or so,...read full review
