This location would have gotten 5 stars for the food from me but it was not great, however my customer service from the night shift manager Julius was outstanding! 3weeks ago I ordered takeout and before I can even walk out the door I was already getting some of my order remade. I was reimbursed weeks later and picked up my refund with Julius. He was not present the night I ordered however he was apologetic and went above and beyond with his customer service, to assure I would be a returning customer. Because of him I’ll return. Thank you Julius!

WORST experience ever!!! We waited more than 30 minutes for our food. Meanwhile the waiter came over and explained that the kitchen was slow and dropped off some celery and carrots I guess to hold us over. We appreciated the communication. What happened next has me absolutely baffled! Our food FINALLY comes out and we start digging into the wings because we're starving at this point. Not even 2 minutes later the waiter comes back and picks up the wings out from under our faces and says "the kitchen recalled your order, there's something wrong with the food..." he walks away leaving us so dumbfounded. We're staring at each other like "what just happened?" I got up after several minutes to go find the manager because it was clear everyone was huddled in the kitchen (we could see from our table) and no one was coming back to explain what just happened. The manager said we simply got the "wrong flavors" on our wings. I told him the flavors were correct and that didn't make any sense. I also told him that explanation didn't exactly jive with what the waiter told us and the urgency in which he pulled the food from our table. I'm not buying it. Something happened in the kitchen that they're trying to cover up. You don't yank food with no other explanation because you simply "messed up the flavors." Praying we don't get sick from the 1 wing we each ate.

Went here on March 22nd. Waited 40 minutes for my order and food was cold and some items missing. My daughter felt sick after eating the food. Spent $100, very disappointed.

The atmosphere here is not that great. Overpriced small wings and terrible fries. This visit reminded me why I don't eat at BWW anymore. The staff seemed busy being busy and disengaged. All the while people are waiting 30-45 min for their pickup order. This was an evening visit so, maybe short handed on staff.

This is by far the worst food fast place I’ve ever been to. I’m not even talking about the food I mean customer service & employees as a whole. You got 2 employees working here who were joking and bullying my body. Like just starring me down and laughing at my face and I was scared & uncomfortable. There is a time and place for that but this is not it, how do you do that at work??? I’d like to speak to the business owner about the employees they have because they don’t need to be working there if they laugh at the customers body and make the customers feel scared and uncomfortable.

Mannn..im so hurt service is usually good today I ordered thru uber eats..got my food..chicken black and over cooked..dry as a Popeyes biscuit hunny....im so mad!!! I can tell it's been sitting yall should not do your customers this way!!! Cook with love no matter the establishment....ugghhhh..I love yalls too this ain't it today

Had to wait for an hour!!The guy on the register didn’t even checked if my order was done. The food was already done after 20 minutes and he didn’t even say anything!!I even asked him again when I had 30 minutes waiting and he said that they were busy and that my food was going to take a while.

My dad ordered hot bbq had to send them back twice because the manager Joece (probably incorrectly spelled) said the hot honey bbq and hot bbq were the same. Then attempted to get loud when he was corrected and then said he would call the police for no reason given. He was very rude and didn’t even want to hear to customer out. Not to mention people have sat and walked out due to the lack of service. The food took forever to come out sat here from 8pm-9:50 for the correct order.

Good Luck if BW3’s on Barrett take ownership of making a mistake on your order b/c despite that that act of integrity they will not give you a full refund for their error. To be more specific manager Steven won’t.Very disappointed as I ordered all flats. Was never told that the BOGO did not deliver to that. Hubby came home with some flats and some drums (which I hate).Could have gotten Chinese food had I know upfront (cashier never said otherwise) that I would not get what I ordered.Poor customer service.
