Ok, I don’t post reviews often, but I felt like I needed to let everyone know about this BK in general.
I was running on some fumes, hadn’t eaten all day, and had another stop to make visiting clients. I saw the King, not my brightest choice, nor my go-to, but a small order of processed chicken nuggets would allow me to power through the next few hours.
This isn’t a review about the quality of the food, they’re crappy frozen nuggets, but this is a review about the young lady at the drive-thru window.
She politely took my payment and with a big smile on her face, and then playfully asked if I’d like a crown. I replied no, but it was almost a yes. Her reply was beautiful and heartfelt, and damn if it didn’t brighten my whole damn day. Enough to where I pulled up Google Maps and made sure that I found the right BK to write about.
She looked me in the eyes, a complete stranger, and said “Well crown or no crown you can have it your way, because you sir are a king. Don’t you forget that”.
I’m not sure who that young lady was, but in today’s world things like that mean more than people realize. I’m no king, I’m barely a peasant, but that queen made me feel amazing, even if the chicken nuggets were mid, at best. Next time this Kentucky boy is in the area, you best believe I’m coming for some mediocre nuggets.

Stopped for dinner in the drive-thru. Had difficulty hearing the associate and pulled around. Spoke with Eli, the manager, that refused my patronage at the window. Said I have to come inside or drive back around. Made no sense to me when they weren't busy. I usually come in the morning and they have excellent customer service and no wait. I see why they're not busy in the evening if this is how they treat customers. I'll stick with the morning shift!!

This location can be very hit or miss. One night around 1 a.m., I ordered a Whopper, fries, and an apple pie, and everything was fresh. Eli did a great job keeping the line moving and managing orders efficiently.
However, on another visit, the experience was disappointing. The food tasted like it had been cooked in old grease, and the chicken tender wrap was a waste of money—I couldn’t even finish it because the chicken was extremely overcooked and tough. It really seems to depend on who’s working. One thing I will say, though, is that that I’ve received great customer service most times (aside from the food quality).

I just got two double cheeseburgers from here, one rodeo and one bacon. Both burgers were hot, fresh, and 100% delicious. I didn't even wait 5 minutes in that drive through either! I asked for mayo, and the guy asked if two packets were enough. Those packets were so big, I only used one. Now I have mayo for later! Check this place out.

This is the best BK! Been here forever and still consistent with better food quality. Hot food + crispy and not limpy hash browns.
Have always loved the sausage egg burrito with salsa packet. I work in Duluth now and when I get this - it’s good - but this location reminded me of why this burrito is great! And kudos to the great lady who took my order - every time I get this at other locations, I have to get two for the combo. I asked for a jr and asked if there was a combo for it - she said - I can make one. I really appreciated that answer. And it saved me $ - less than $6!
And it didn’t waste food. And it was hot!!! Thank you right off 575 Barrett BK!

Finally, a second burger king that doesn't feel like they are trying to get shut down. The staff was friendly, foods was made fresh, and the place was clean. Low bars I know but you'd be supposed how few burger kings can meet that. This place didn't meet those standards but exceeded them. I would recommend this one. Only criticism is not everything is available through the app but it appears that's because if it's not on the app it's on sale at that location only.

I went through the drive through service was quick and the food was hot and fresh and the taste was typical Burger King
I order from Burger King all the time however, this specific location had me sitting in a drive-through for over five minutes for a code once I gave them the code. I guess it did not pull up my rewards. They got frustrated. I never received my drink and my points got used without anything in compensation. That’s the whole point of the reward system. Burger King’s and Wendy’s and McDonald’s are closing down all the time is how you treat your customers what makes the difference.

I made a mistake and ordered a coke instead of lemonade last night, but I think his name was James he helped me to get the drink I wanted and was extremely kind and professional. This location is really kind and my food is made fresh every time I’ve been here. I know they’re working hard, so still receiving kindness and great service is greatly appreciated by me.

When they do decide to continue fulfilling orders until close, my food is always great. But why extend the hours until 1 if you’re still gonna reject orders 30-45 minutes before close? Might as well stayed open until midnight. I try going to this one because I have a job that gets me off late, so I was excited to see they extended their hours, only to be turned away at drive thru and have my DoorDash order rejected. Extremely disappointing.
