Ordered the 4 piece battered fish dinner with side of fries and green beans with add ons jalapeño poppers and 5 shrimps.The 4 pieces of fish was cold and the batter was too hard at spots, the fries were old stale and hard . The green beans were actually alright the hush push puppies were good and the shrimp was good. The service was okay the restaurant was clean and nicely appointed.My first time coming and since this was the poorest quality of food of any Captain Ds I’ve dine in I do not think I’ll be back to this location.

Do not go to this location past 8 pm. None of the food is fresh. The shrimp smelled like wet sponge, the fish was dried out, and the green beans tasted watered down. I recommend going during the day when it's busier.

Just received our delivery order of 4 pieces of chicken meal and 2 piece cat fish meal and it's a joke! These are supposed to be adult meals but look like kids meal portions. It's terrible! We will never go there again! Very disappointed!

Manager operating today stinks from going outside and smoking Marijuana in her friends car. She carries no professionalism at all. Restaurant shows heavy neglect with little to no upkeep. The couple that came behind us waited 15 minutes to order, then gave up and walked out.

Picked up dinner to take to a friend's house for her birthday - she requested Captain D's. Food was freshly prepared so was hot (she lived relatively close) and we enjoyed it! Woman at the register was courteous. Wait was okay, too.

The new girl working here has no clue what she is doing. Didn’t ask if I wanted sauce, didn’t give me my drink until I asked, and handed me someone else’s order along with mine. They would have just lost an order due to her incompetence if I didn’t notify her and give it back. This location is going downhill.
