Great food, service, and friendly staff. Manager came out into the dining area checking to see if we needed anything. Very friendly and courtesy.
I enjoy trying different seafood restaurants, from fast food to sit-down spots. Captain D's is one of my favorite fastfood restaurants! The food was great, and the customer service was outstanding. Stephanie was especially friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Thank you!

During my visit, I watched her take orders, check on customers in the lobby, and interact with everyone in such a warm and personable way. What stood out the most was that after I accidentally left part of my order in the store, she ran outside in the rain to make sure I got it before I left.

Nijah is recognized for her exceptional customer service, and one of the staff members often checks back with customers to see if they need anything else. Although some customers have experienced issues with payment methods, Captain D's provides easy access and maintains a focus on quality. While one customer found the oysters to be a miss, others enjoy healthier options like white grilled fish with baked potato and coleslaw. Overall, Captain D's is a solid spot for a quick meal, with a few areas that could benefit from improved efficiency.
