Horrible service ! They lied to us at lunch today . Refused to give us one vinigarette. The employees are spiteful and unfriendly . They never hesitate to make my family and I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I cannot overstate how poorly this reflects on the manage and general manager that they allow this inhospitable culture to thrive in their place of business . Shame on chipotle at East Cobb

This location runs out of main ingredients frequently but they have the best chips of any location! Lots of lime and salt.

You should be ashamed of yourself! 6pm on Saturday night no steak, no rice!!! Seriously!!!! The staff was so apologetic- but this happens TOO OFTEN not to be a management issue!
If it was once in awhile- totally understandable, but this is consistent! You lost my business tonight! I’ll try again- but now I see part of the reason why this company is disliked so much!
