We found confection perfection through our wedding venue. The woman we met with was super nice and helpful. We got our wedding cake tray to taste test. All of the flavors and cake texture and taste were amazing. It really made the experience of getting married all that more real. We were super excited to pick the flavors for our wedding cake after all you only get married once. On the day of our wedding we finally were able to cut the cake and try our wedding cake and the flavor tasted off almost Kind of chemically which was not our experience when it came to do our taste testing. Everyone else that had cake said they enjoyed it. We however, did not and we both love red velvet cake. The cake however was beautiful and decorated just as we wanted it to be. It just felt a tad disappointing that the cake was not up to what we expected and experienced at our taste testing.

Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing! All of our guests raved about it, and it was truly a highlight of the reception. There was a small miscommunication between what we expected for the decorations and what we received, but after the wedding I mentioned it to the bakery and they were more than happy to refund any additional charges. Overall, the cake was gorgeous, delicious, and such a special part of our day.

Customer service was terrible. My kids have food allergies, so I have to get special cakes made. We ordered a cake which costs $50 extra because it was vegan. The cake was beautifully done, but when we cut into it, it was gummy and not cooked through. Obviously my 3 year old was very sad that she couldn't eat her birthday cake, especially since she doesn't get to enjoy birthday cakes due to her allergies. I tried to reach out to them to help rectify the situation but no one has helped me. This has been 2 years at this point. Every time I have gotten in touch with someone, they just stop communicating with me. I sent picture proof of the issue and they just stopped emailing me back. I have moved on to a new baker and I guess I will just take it as a loss at this point but I felt that I needed to warn people about their practices.

BEYOND amazing!! 10/10. We ordered a cake for delivery to a restaurant for a private birthday party. Cake was delivered exactly on time, and when we opened the box, we could not believe how beautiful it was. Just gorgeous. Everyone remarked about it. And when we sliced and served it . . . we discovered it was as delicious on the inside as it was pretty on the outside. All of our guests raved at how good it was. Cannot recommend Confection Perfection enough - the name says it all - truly perfect!

From the first consultation, we were walked through design and flavor options (all so tasty!), then given an opportunity to discuss over the next few days before deciding. We went with a French Vanilla Cake w/ Raspberry Chantilly Cream! They worked with our florist to decorate and deliver the cake! We had a wedding of over 100 and still had an entire lower tier leftover! Cant go wrong with these guys!

Confection Perfection created two cakes for us for our wedding — a three-tiered wedding cake plus a special sentimental groom’s cake for us that was modeled after my father-in-law’s groom’s cake. The chocolate groom’s cake photo below is of his dad’s original because we don’t have the photos of it yet, but the Confection Perfection team was able to replicate it EXACTLY and it was absolutely delicious. For the wedding cake, we did two tiers of the marble cake with chocolate ganache filling and the middle tier with a lighter flavor - white chocolate cake with cream cheese icing. The groom’s cake was covered in chocolate ganache and had chocolate ganache filling with chocolate cookies and cream cake. For both cakes (but especially the groom’s cake because it seems we had many chocolate lover guests), SO many people told us it was the best tasting cake they’d ever had and we totally agreed. We’re now looking forward to whatever next event we have an excuse to order smaller versions of our wedding cakes, so safe to say Confection Perfection will be part of our family’s celebrations for years to come. Lindsey and Shanae helped us throughout the process, were so kind and responsive with any questions we had and truly made us so excited for the process. We couldn’t be happier with everything from Confection Perfection!!
