My family and I were reluctant to try this establishment because of the star rating, but I am so glad that we did! We were greeted when we walked through the door and the radio was playing my favorite tunes. The manager was very helpful and oriented us to everything as this was our first visit. He did mention that supplies were limited, but we all were just in a pandemic and that is the case for most businesses. We had ice cream and cookies and both were really good! This was my second and last time coming to this particular marble slab. Terrible customer service yesterday Sunday not only did the young lady not give me the correct portion of ice cream , which is way overpriced for the size she also didn’t give me the correct change. Having been a former owner of a Marble Slab in another state I must say this store does not live up to the reputation in a number of ways. One in particular only using bananas for Banana Splits no mix ins.

I’ve been here a few times because it’s convenient to my home. I keep hoping it will get better each time I go, but it doesn’t. Today was the last day I’ll be visiting. The ice cream is halfway melted by the time it reaches the cheap styrofoam cups that they are now using. Maybe that’s a supply chain thing with the cups? Who knows.
