It’s obvious the staff does not know how to tell time. Walked up 5 mins before closing doors were already locked and the staff would not even make eye contact with us. With the looks on both of the faces they both knew that they were closed to early and did not care

My family and I were reluctant to try this establishment because of the star rating, but I am so glad that we did! We were greeted when we walked through the door and the radio was playing my favorite tunes. The manager was very helpful and oriented us to everything as this was our first visit. He did mention that supplies were limited, but we all were just in a pandemic and that is the case for most businesses. We had ice cream and cookies and both were really good! The staff was really sweet to my son and that was nice ???? We will be back.

Extremely incompetent staff! Went in and ordered a cookie Sundae, something that is boldly advertised on their menu. The girl behind the counter brought me back a shake. Told her that was not what I ordered and she rudely responded “we don’t make sundaes at this location, just take the shake”. She argued with me for 13 minutes about the shake vs sundae issue then proceeds to up-charge me for the more expensive shake-which still wasn’t what I ordered! Very frustrated by the incompetent and rude staff. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.

We have gone 4 times now, taking our two young kids in each time. One time it was great - tasty, lots of selection - but then one time they were just closed with no explanation, one time they could only take cash, and then yesterday (mid-day on a Sunday) they had 4 flavors left to choose from - pistachio, mint, coconut, and raspberry. No basic flavors - no chocolate, no vanilla. I can understand staffing issues, but this place seems highly mismanaged, and I'm not sure how they are actually making any money this way. I will no longer be trying to make this place work - 3 times with disappointed kids is enough.

Me and my wife went to this location around 8pm on 8/27. After we told the employee what flavor we wanted. She cupped it up and told us after the fact that the frozen top that is used for mixing ingredients “wasn’t working”. And the other male employee whispered “it’s not broken we just never cut it on.” I believe they should’ve addressed that it wasn’t on before we even ordered. It was our first time here and maybe the last.

This was my second and last time coming to this particular marble slab. Terrible customer service yesterday Sunday not only did the young lady not give me the correct portion of ice cream , which is way overpriced for the size she also didn’t give me the correct change. Having been a former owner of a Marble Slab in another state I must say this store does not live up to the reputation in a number of ways. One in particular only using bananas for Banana Splits no mix ins.

I’ve been here a few times because it’s convenient to my home. I keep hoping it will get better each time I go, but it doesn’t. Today was the last day I’ll be visiting. The ice cream is halfway melted by the time it reaches the cheap styrofoam cups that they are now using. Maybe that’s a supply chain thing with the cups? Who knows. There’s usually some young kid working, who looks less than thrilled to be there. They are consistently out of several ice cream flavors each time I go. It’s just not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I normally love Marble Slab, but today when we went, the slab was not cold and the ice cream melted while mixing in the toppings. Served in a styrofoam cup, it was truly liquid by the time I got to my car, as was my daughter’s.The fact that you can get unlimited mix ins is a plus tho. But we won’t go back again for that if I have to drink my ice cream.
Girl behind the counter was too busy talking with some boy to provide service. Once she started doing her job we ordered a shake and it was only milk with cookie crumbles.

We have been here 4 times since this place has opened. Every time has been some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. 3 out of the 4 times they have told us they couldn’t make milkshakes because the machine was down, or they didn’t have shake mix. 2 of the times they have been out of vanilla ice cream.On top of all of this. The last time we were there. It took almost 25 minutes for the girl to make a milkshake and one scoop of ice cream with 1 mix in. While there were 10 people waiting behind us.No one greets you when you arrive. And they just stand there and look at you until you tell them what you want. This store needs some serious management practices to survive. And the employees need some formal training.
