Let me start this by stating that this Dunkin location is the cleanest location I think I have ever seen as far as behind the counter goes. Granted, this location does not have a dining room, just an order area. The floors behind the counter, as well as the work stations, are extremely clean. This afternoon, during my short visit, it was definitely something I took notice of right away. Bravo to the two young ladies who were working.I was greeted with a smile. Service was fast, and drinks were made in a timely and orderly fashion.It was a pleasure to visit.

Do not understand the difference between no ice and less ice. Asked for no ice and she gave me my same drink back lol. So I asked for a spoon and an extra cup and they watched me take the ice out my drink and I politely walked out.

Every other time I’ve gone here it has been good service but today not so much…I was shorted 9¢ in change which ok I’m not going to throw a fit about that…I realized a lot of people are not great at counting money unless it comes to their own. BUT my poor poor poor little bagel this morning was so sad. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and usually they load that sucker up but there was a teaspoon of cream cheese this morning. A little sad bagel. Coffee was still good and the people were nice.

I just tried to get a plain bagel with cream cheese and the manager or lead shift, was already cleaning the machines at 7:35 and they don’t close till 9, after tried to get my refund which I paid in cash and my card and I didn’t even get my full refund back I just got a dollar back and I said where is the rest, he says I put the rest on your card and i never received the rest it was just a 1.50$.

Bagels are hard as a rock. No manager should allow this to be served to a customer. Lack of quality control. Management is aware and so is district manager. Feedback is a gift. At some point you should listen to it. Throw away hard bagels and do not serve them.

This is the best Dunkin' I've been to in the area. They make the drinks great, and everyone I've talked to Harry's awesome, especially drive-thru staff. Awesome to start your day with such cool
The worst Dunkin Donuts in GA! I literally have been coming to this location for a couple of years now and just recently it just became a terrible experience. The food is ok now and the guy employee that's there in the morning that works at the window have the worst attitude! For the past 2 days its been a problem with him. He tried to over charge me even though I had a coupon then I asked to speak to the manager he said "no, she cant do anything about it"!! Another day I asked to add bacon to my order he said "no"! He needs to be removed from the window because this location will lose customers because he's unprofessional and lacks 0 customer service skills! I will definitely drive 10min away just for better customer service!

We literally ordered the easiest coffee in the world to make. When we told them, it was wrong, they refused to remake it. They told me to taste it to see if it was right. I knew by the milky white substance in the cup. It wasn’t right. The sad part is, the manager was standing right beside him, and never said a word.
