Dialed on Wednesday, November 27 from 3:30 to 4 PM. The two gentlemen that we’re working were absolutely incredible and going above and beyond with everything that we asked for. Even after we got our food, the service was beyond excellent and was not what I expected for a plain firehouse subs restaurant.

The guys at this shop are doing a great job. They did wonderful at making this place feel homey and inviting. It's rare to see the coworkers interacting with each other like they enjoy each other's company. That was the only vibe I got from them, though. It was a refreshing experience only made better by the food, and it was delightfully cold in there to contrast to the humid weather that followed the rain. Firehouse is a normal go-to for me, but this one knocked it...

3 people behind counter and waited 10 min for a turkey sandwich. Knew I should’ve went to subway. Or anywhere. Truly disappointed in the wait times. The wait made me late to work.
