The pancakes are great! The water tasted awful though. This location desperately needs some kind of water filter. Something is definitely off with their water. The service was great. Everybody was very nice and friendly! They have plenty of parking at this location. This location is in the parking lot of the Walmart on Johnson ferry Road. The coffee was just OK and all they had available. Were those little half-and-half cups that are not fresh. Many Meals are $12.99!

Excellent service and quick to receive our breakfast. I ordered the two eggs,French toast,sausage,bacon and coffee. Rob the veteran got his free breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes with the flag of whipped cream,straw berries and blueberries with a coke. Our waitress was great and so was our food. We will be back. Everyone there was very friendly a happy start to our day. Thank you Ihop for Rob’s breakfast. ❤️

Our waitress was really good and kind. Tables were clean and everyone in there was very welcoming. I had the chicken and waffles, the chicken could use seasoning as it is not seasoned at all.
Splash drink are always on the money. Pancakes were pretty good and the sirloin tip steak was amazing as my wife said.

Angelo was very kind and sweet and he interacted VERY well with my five year-old daughter - who spilled her whipped cream, water, & numerous other items at the table. 🙈🤪🤦🏼♀️ even drew him a picture. ❤️
Unfortunately, though IHOP does not list their very picky rules and regulations on the menu so when you order, be careful with your ordering because it might say a certain price, but then it might be different when you get your bill! Also, they don’t let you substitute eggs for another type of eggs that’s not on the menu! 😩
Also, they shouldn’t be getting mad at their employees. They should actually list the rules they have on their menu so it is easily visible. They shouldn’t punish the employees for mistakes they have created. 🤯
