Absolutely the worst location, hands down. Beyond their inability to make a decent JJ sandwich, they now require customers to sign a receipt just to pick up mobile orders. This is the ONLY location I’ve been to that does this. Reporting it to JJ tonight. It’s an obvious attempt to manufacture a sense of obligation to tip. You’re a QSR, not a full-service restaurant — customers shouldn’t be pressured into tipping for basic order pickup especially when you don’t make a low, tip reliant wage. Grow up.
The service is consistently apathetic. The employee working tonight didn’t even look up when I walked in, let alone acknowledge me. It’s unprofessional, awkward, and frankly insulting to the customer experience. I’ll be taking my business to a different location that doesn’t rely on guilt tactics or indifference.
I tried to talk to the person she was so rude she was too worried about listening to what she was listening to her raycon earbuds I definitely will not be back at this location very very disgusting she did not greet me and my granddaughter but she greeted another family which was Caucasian and I'm native American

The only reason I visited this place is bc I bought food for my coworker and signed up so the first time you order after signing up, you get a free sandwhich. Otherwise, I would NEVER! Secondly, the customer service was trash! As a first time customer, I was quickly reminded why I never ate here. No greeting upon entry, even though I spoke VERY LOUDLY. I proceeded to walk to the area where the sign pointed to PICK UP and just stood there waiting to be greeted or even told she would be right with me. Instead, the heavy set white woman behind the counter watched me stand waiting then decided to ask if I were picking up, I guess so she could finish her conversation with the guy that was in there when I walked in. I said yes and she POINTED to the counter where my food was THROWN because it looked as if it were bent outta shape. I said thank you and STILL NO RESPONSE. Lastly, the food was DISGUSTING! I guess because it was free, the standards went out the window for customer experience and care. On one half of the sandwhich, the tuna was nonexistent. It was like she was blind to one half because it was also missing the other ingredients like onion and tomato, but heavily dressed it with lettuce. The sandwhich was free otherwise I would’ve brought it back, but there won’t be a next time bc I refuse to eat at an establishment where customer service is lacking.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this store today, which happened to be my birthday. I received a free sandwich offer from Jimmy Jones via the app, but the experience was marred by poor service and unacceptable food quality.
The cashier who handed me the sandwich appeared annoyed, and when I opened the sandwich, I was shocked to find that it wasn't wrapped properly. Everything was dumped inside the wrap, making it inedible. I had to discard it.
What's even more disturbing is the blatant disparity in treatment I observed. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming when interacting with customers of the same race (white), but when it was my turn, the atmosphere changed, and I felt unwelcome.
As a Black person, I'm compelled to warn others: beware of this establishment. The service and food quality are subpar, and the discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. Be cautious about what you eat and where you spend your money.

Lady named Aspen with this colored hair was rude as hell when making my sandwich. I should’ve went next door and got Chinese instead. She stay hiding in the back the whole entire time it seems.
11-15-24, stop in for lunch. They took our order fast, ordered the tuna, and requested Xtra mayo on both sides. Took a while to get the order, so I was just watching how they worked. The majority of the customers took their orders to go, that's fine, but really, since when does the customer have to bag their own meals. So the employees took our order, took our payment, made the sandwiches, and let us know when it's ready by just laying them on the counter. Not even bagging the orders. So they are doing most of the job they had been hired for, yet they have the nerve to ask, or should I suggest that you give them a tip, really for what? Did you bring me my lunch? No. Did you come out and see if we wanted anything else? No. They couldn't even put your order in a bag. Then, when I got my order, even with "xtra" mayo, the tuna is extremely dry.
So be aware.

1st experience with this brand and will be my last unless I'm starved and nothing else in world to eat. Was rushed making an order for WAY over priced food. The bread was hard and chewy. The lettuce was junk. The meat was chunks of slimy weird meat. And the cheese....let's talk about the $1.50 cheese...dude asks of I want cheese. I say sure, American. I get told they only have provolone. I'm like ughh ok. I will try it but probably take off if don't like. That would have been a GREAT time to say hey...we charge for it. The building was silence no music and dude was YELLING when he talked so it echoed. Overall crap experience. Not a subway fan but next time I will be!

I've had a disappointing experience at this establishment for the second time. A colleague purchased a jalapeno ranch wrapper for me, which I enjoyed, prompting me to visit the place to buy one myself. However, both times I made a purchase, I found that my wrapper was not filled to capacity. In contrast, when my supervisor, a white man, bought the same item, his was well-filled. I'm concerned about possible unequal treatment. I won't be coming here again!!!

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon about 6:30 PM. I saw no one inside the store working I announced myself, but no one came out. I walked around to the counter and noticed all of the bins were open with the meat exposed in this terrible heat. I also witnessed the bread, not covered up, finally the employee walked up to the front with a major attitude. I asked her for fresh bread. I asked her if the bread was fresh because the bread was sitting right there at the front she told me it was the last bread for the day, simply I walked out never to return to this location and they should hope that the health department does not come in Inspect this place because it is definitely not regarding eyewitness when you have all the meat containers containing the meats in the cheeses and the jelly toppings all of them were open
