I placed an order on Uber eats.. I called the property first to confirm the order and secondly to add a slight change to the order that Uber eats didn't give me an option to do so.. They had me on hold for over 30 minutes . By this time the Uber driver was already headed to me and delivered my food and I was still on hold. I wasn't able to make the change to my food that I needed too. I understand places get busy but at least see what the call is pertaining too before leaving your customers on hold..

I Ordered catering, I placed the wrong date on the order and showed up to pick up my food, they were busy, and they still went above and beyond to complete my large order in a timely manner with excellent service. I wouldn’t recommend placing an order with an incorrect date, but they are freaky fast and provided fantastic customer service!!!

I regularly eat at Jimmy Johns all around ATL. First time in this location and its not going to be my last. I was treated w the attention and care as if I was ordering a la carte at a fine restaurant. A special shout to Jimmy, Aontrell and Chris. I wish they will get a pad in the back because they made this visit truly special!

Had a company lunch last week multiple orders were placed and I had ordered for the very first time the beach club, it was absolutely amazing so today January 6 decided will give them another try because it was so good the first time this time there was very little to no meat on my sandwich I did call and I spoke to one of the managers and they did advise that they weigh their meat before putting it on the sandwich. Consistently is key to food. I do not recommend this sandwich at all for $10. There’s no way that I’m paying $10 for bread and vegetables. Definitely will not place in another order with Jimmy John’s. I’ll go to Publix..

If you're ok with paying more for upcharged drinks then come here! This place automatically charges their customers for a large drink when they order a combo. Try it out, you'll see. Don't worry, when you say "hey that total doesnt sound right" or " I want a regular drink" they will gaslight you and say everything is correct.... then charge you for a large. And as they hand you the large drink and see on your receipt it says large, you will realize they have lied yet again. But don't say anything because the manager and all of the employees will huff and puff like you're inconveniencing them!! It's only xyz cents they will say. Yet, its enough for them to do it without your permission every time you order. Avoid if you can, this place isn't worth the hassle. Which sucks because Jimmy Johns is awesome!

It's not about the money, it's the principle! No integrity, no accountability, terrible service.

New manager? She is very cheap when it comes to the toppings, where is the Jimmy John’s I used to love???? No avocado and hardly any mayo in my Beach Club?? Then you’re gonna try to charge me when I point it out that you’re penny pinching?? I will gladly drive a bit farther to not EVER have to go to this location until she is GONE.

This store was new to me, though I eat at a Jimmy John’s near me three times a week or so, always ordering a Tuscan wrap. The wrap I was given used a wrap that was old and falling apart. It had half, or less, of the ordinary meat and cheese ingredients, instead being filled out with a ridiculous amount of lettuce. Attempts to rectify were met with a sudden language barrier. I contacted Jimmy John’s corporate and got a canned response denying responsibility for their product as this is a franchise. Fine, there is a Jersey Mike’s nearby.

Just visited my local JJ's. It was understaffed, apparently from call ins, and busy. However, Christopher and Jeremy busted butt the whole time I was there and provided a great experience despite it being only those two working during lunch rush.

I enjoy the more unique sub sandwich experience. This is not your typical sandwich. You can pick up at the neighborhood sub shop. This particular store has a very friendly staff, and they're quite quick. I'm really enjoying using them loyalty app.

Currently the worstyrun Jimmy Johns around. I quit going. There's one not far on 41 that doesn't have the same shenanigans. This place is super slow, always has one crazy customer holding things up and is out of certain product. Do yourself a favor and spend the 8 minutes to get your fix at a different location.
