Nedra the General Manager and Marquil are very disrespectful. My company ordered 150 dollars worth of food and almost all the sandwiches were wrong and instead of her fixing the issue she argued with me and stated she made the sandwiches herself so they could possibly be wrong😑 Marquil called his self being nice and fixing the issue but had a whole different attitude when we drove back to the restaurant. Which we shouldn't have to go back at all. They were not willing to give a refund let alone fix the order. Its giving business isn't going well. I see why they have so many bad reviews. We will not be giving them anymore business and they need to learn what good customer service looks like . $150 down the drain. Very disappointing.

Ordered pickup and got there and they hadn’t even started my order. they then proceeded to take their sweet time with my order with no other orders or people in line. Made my sandwiches wrong and missed most toppings. Staff doesn’t want to be there. Hire new staff or this jimmy johns location is going to shut down. To make it worse, one guy was just sitting there doing nothing while the other one took his sweet time to make my order. Never coming back.

Getting sick of paying extra for cheese or another topping and then not getting it. Asked for subs cut in half, not cut. Asked for pickle to be quartered, received it whole. It’s really not hard to pay attention and do your job. Don’t recommend this location at all, they’re apparently lazy.

Just purchased a VITO SUB with extra oil and vinegar inside I received MAYONNAISE!!! I am at work and can’t get ahold of the store team . Not happy at all as I wasted $8.00 on nothing!!!

How does it take over 45 minutes to make like 2 sandwiches? I worked at subway and could’ve made 50 sandwiches in that time frame. Happens every time we go here. This place is so bad it’s laughable.

Just went through the drive-through. The air conditioning for the building was so loud that they couldn’t hear me on the drive-through speaker. I had to shout my order and then they still didn’t get it right. Service at this location is OK at best seems to always be understaffed and chaotic.
