Literally waited in line for 15mins without ordering before just leaving. “Just give me a few minutes” I was told, thinking a drive-thru “few mins” was literally a few mins. No updates or apologies or really any customer service outside of “give me a few minutes”. After 10mins passed, I asked “are y’all ready…?” And the response was “still a few more mins.” Just not a good experience at all.

Came in here to pickup a online order and found the behavior of the cashier to be out of order. He literally did not want to hand me my order until he saw that the order was confirmed. First, asking a contractor to confirm a order is a courtesy. Second, it’s up to the discretion contractor. Third, Excuse me, my company didn’t hire you or Jimmy John. His behavior is offensive. If you don’t trust the contractors that are partnered with delivery services then get off the app! Don’t use it! And don’t tell me what to do with my phone! Furthermore, contractors stop allowing this behavior from companies like this! You are independent contractors! A contractor! Your own boss! They have no authority to tell you to confirm anything! And if they continue this poor behavior then STOP picking up orders here! Enforce that ASAP! Thank you

This particular location has been purposely upcharging drinks when you order a combo. The combo comes with a 22oz and they are instead charging you for the larger drink. This has been happening for months. I’ve brought it to the attention of staff in the drive thru multiple times. No other jimmy john location is attempting to rob their customers like this. A combo is a 22oz unless a customer asks for a larger drink.

I regularly visit this Jimmy John's and am always blown away by the exceptional service provided by three outstanding employees: Kyla H., Aontrell P., and Nakia P. Their fast and friendly service truly makes my experience memorable. I feel like a friend to the business. The service provided by Kyla, Aontrell, and Nakia is outstanding. Their teamwork, efficiency, and genuine friendliness creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I always leave Jimmy John's feeling satisfied and impressed by their commitment to exceptional customer service.Nakia and Aontrell always have a very warm smile, and Kyla took the time to teach me about the rewards program and app. It was also funny the time I caught the team dancing on the line while making my sub. When they apologized, I said “Oh no, keep going, I’ll bring alcohol!”I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kyla, Aontrell, and Nakia for going above and beyond to make my visits to Jimmy John's a memorable one. Their dedication and professionalism truly set them apart. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking fast and friendly service.Thank you once again, Kyla, Aontrell, and Nakia, for your outstanding service. You have made me a loyal customer, and I look forward to my next visit to Jimmy John's!

i went in on monday around lunchtime having driven on the freeway to get to this location. i only came that day because i wanted to use to app to get a $1 off for a promotion. i ordered in my car in the parking lot. when i went inside i realized the $1 off had not been taken and i asked how could we remedy this and i was told i had to order on the app....which i had. then i was told they didn't know what i should do, so i said i'd cancel and reorder. at that point they were on to the next customer without acknowledging whether that was the thing to do. i went to my car and cancelled my order and reordered my sandwich. when i came back into the store, there was a different person at the cash register and i said i wanted to pay for my sandwich. i explained i had a previous order moments before and now had a new order. it seemed confusing to that person and then a mean looking woman who i noticed angrily making sandwiches earlier pipes up to say 'did you cancel your order? we don't have a new order for you.' this was the only time anyone asked me a question. when i repeated that i'd reordered and wanted to pay she snatched the ticket she had nearby and told the person waiting on me 'she canceled her order! she needs to reorder!' i said maybe the system hadn't caught up yet and i stepped to the side for another customer. then another person behind the counter who had spoken to me about his lack of knowledge about how to obtain my $1 off said 'we don't have an order for you.' he didn't remember me from 7 minutes earlier! there were only 3 customers at that time and one was me! my order ticket came up and i was able to pay for my order. i didn't ask any more questions as i could see they were so busy talking to each other and not directing their attention to me as a customer or asking me anything, just assuming i was wrong, i left them to their own devices. i work in hospitality. no customer should be left feeling as if they are unseen and especially unheard. i was quite taken aback by the sheer lack of care and customer service. i usually give great reviews because i love to talk about great experiences. but not at this place. their energy and rudeness was dismissive. they could have taken the 20 seconds to ask me a question that would have helped us all. i will go to the sandwich shop in my neighborhood where people don't treat customers this way. oh, and they left the cheese off my sandwich, even though it was on the ticket. never again!

Writing this review saddens me this evening. It's unfortunate to have to take out time to write this email. However, after the experience I had with some of the representatives of your company, it is my top priority to share with you the disgusting encounter I had. Your entire team located at 1337 Powers Ferry Rd, Marietta Ga needs to be retrained and informed on the significance of customer service and how detrimental it is to your brand and company. On June 1st, 2023, at around 11:45 am est, I drove into the drive-thru with my two daughters. Immediately as I drove up to the menu, the gentleman's voice welcomed me to "Jimmy Johns," etc.,I asked the gentleman whether he could give me a second For us to determine all three of our orders. In under thirty seconds, he interrupted us, discussing what we wanted, and asked me in the rudest and nastiest tone, "Maam, Would you just come inside?"I responded and asked him not to be rude.' " I asked you if you would give me a second. He snarks me with a response, "There are other people's orders I must take."My daughters and I immediately turned around to see what people were in line. The only vehicle in the drive-thru was mine. I ask him, "What people?" I change my mind; I will be happy to come inside." I parked the car, and my older daughter stepped out of the car with me, and we walked inside. When I walked inside, there was no customer in the entire store. I observed two different people wearing headgear. We walk up to the counter, and one of your staff members asks, " Can I help you?"I asked her if she could grab a manager for me. When the gentleman approached the counter and asked how he could help me, I noticed he was one of the two wearing the headgear. I asked him if it was him that I was speaking to in the drive-through. He snorkels at me and says yes, that's me." And you are the manager?" I asked."I am," he says in a condescending tone.I asked him what his name was, and he informed me that his name was Marcus and refused to give me his last name when I asked." Marcus, who is your manager?" I inquired"Jay," he says." Does Jay have a last name?" I asked."No, not at all." " You mean to tell me you are a general manager that doesn't know your boss's last name?" I asked, puzzled.I tell him okay, no problem, I will look it up. My daughter and I turned away to head to the door, and right as we were about to exit, I heard him call me a Bitch, and his entire staff laughed. He made a mistake by saying that because, unfortunately, we heard him. I immediately turned around and told him I listened to what he called me. Marcus, your General manager, and his staff decided to go back and forth with me and told me to GET OUT!!!I have been in the hospitality industry for 24 years, and the first important part of training is having impeccable customer service. You should be embarrassed. As a brand, treating any guest or customer that way is a significant disappointment. The sad part is Marcus is exposing his team to a terrible example of leadership. Going to that location was regrettable. My youngest daughter was having a rough morning after leaving her doctor's appointment; she expressed she finally had an appetite, which was a celebrating moment. I allowed her to select whatever she had a taste for, and she decided on Jimmy Johns. I am outraged and unfulfilled. I was surprised to find out we would be treated that way. Unfortunately, the reflection of your leadership in Marcus being one of your General Managers has left a nasty taste in my mouth. We will never enter that location again. What can you do to fix this? I need someone to have accountability, and I would appreciate an apology. This was an encounter that was the most negative I have ever experienced inside a place of business.
