Too bad zero stars isn't an option. If the past three health scores aren't enough to turn you away, the customer service will. Possibly the horrible food as well. Nothing good to say. Second attempt going here. Will never go back. There are much better Mexican restaurants in the area.

The restaurant is titled Mexican, but I wouldn’t feed this to my chihuahua. Let’s start with the salsa. A flavorless can of tomato juice, I probably should’ve walked out right then. Based on being in a predominantly white neighborhood, these restaurants believe they can omit seasoning, spices and anything that resembles flavor. In California there are plenty of wet burrito places I’m super familiar, but my entire family tasted each others tacos they agreed the chicken was seasonless. They believe the chicken was cooked in hot water only and placed in the taco. Shredded chicken can be seasoned while it’s cooking to have flavor. Chicken can also be marinated. The carne asada should be called FAT with a side of cheap steak. It looked like someone picked the worst party of the beef they could find or the cheapest. My sister who moved from Arizona said, worst carne asada she has ever had and we travel a lot. I would avoid eating here unless you’re leaving the hospital the only thing that can compare is a diabetic, high blood pressure nursing home diet. When I say it’s flavorless, more people should speak up. Salsa is the easiest thing to make stop using the can!

The customer service sucks .. the foodTaste like DOG food .. I ordered carne asada and chicken quesadillas Terrible .. new to the Johnson’s Ferry They treated me horrible .. my second timeThe same lady took My order both times.. She at lease took my order.I’m very disappointed.. Not sure how does a restaurant not greet the customers and not provide menusAfter twice I don’t recommend.

I've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants, and this one surprised me. The chips were crisp not burnt and tasted handmade. The salsa was fresh and had a mild but bold taste. It pairs exceptionally well with the cheese dip. The cheese dip stayed creamy throughout the entire meal and did not clump. My wife and I ordered shredded cheese quesadillas. The chicken was moist and flavorful. It had just the right balance of cheese, chicken and grilled onions. The staff were awesome and we greatly enjoyed our dinning experience.

Hands down the best salsa EVER! Good food, served fast by friendly servers. Good for lunch or dinner and be sure to grab a burrito! They're amazing!

Come here if you want to wolf down your food because there is apparently a time limit at the booths. The waitress asked twice to take our plates, in a fairly short span of time. Then someone else walking by asked to take them. The third time the waitress came for the plates she just put a napkin on my plate and said, “Here I’m taking your plate.” No asking or confirming with me. At that point I didn’t want to finish eating off a plate soaked in napkin, so I had to be done. After all, the wait staff combined had asked me 4 times, and my plate was obviously needed in the dishwasher ASAP. Or maybe she thought I was too fat and didn’t need to finish eating. We weren’t there for an excessive time at all. I’ve waited tables and understand about clearing tables (when people confirm they are done). But when I go to a restaurant, I do like to feel like I can safely put my fork down periodically without sounding the table bus alarm. It’s also not like people were lined up and waiting. It was just time for us to stop eating and sit at a cleared table. They were not in a similar hurry to bring the check. Had been coming here for a few years and liked the food. However, this experience was so off putting that we won’t be back.

When the server would come to my table, he was kind and helpful. But he did not come by much, and there were long gaps of time in between.Service was VERY slow, but there were only ten customers.I was served the wrong combination of food initially. When the server finally came, he was kind and took it back to be redone. When it was brought to me the second time, it was still not the combination of items listed on the menu, but at that point I was over it, so I kept it.The food was ok; nothing terrible, nothing great.

Came in to eat. Was sat immediately. After being sat, we realized the whole restaurant smelled of someone's awful cheap perfume. We then asked to be sat outside to get away from the horrible smell. After being sat outside, we realized the awful smell followed us. It was our server Regina's awful perfume that she must have bathed in. When you walk into a restaurant, you want to smell the food. Not the servers bad B.O. Had to take my food to go just to get away from the smell ?
