We typically eat here once a month - the food is consistently good, but the service is hit or miss. Ironically, if you go during the weekend at peak hours, you'll have a much better experience. There were multiple staff members working tonight (a Monday) and we were table 1/4 when we got there; however, our waitress simply disappeared after taking our order and dropping off a second basket of chips. I've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants, and this one surprised me. The chips were crisp not burnt and tasted handmade. The salsa was fresh and had a mild but bold taste.
