This store is going nowhere fast. It's pretty strange to be in peak lunch hour and have to go back to the freezer because the fry freezer was empty, and this was after having to wait for part of our order to be cooked, and then forgot fries on top if it, which were also not prepared. This store used to be amazing when it opened. Great management and great staff, but it has changed.

Said they couldn't make a milkshake after saying they could. We overheard someone tell him to tell us it's out of ice. Guess they are like McDonald's. Don't have it on the menu if you don't want to serve it.

Over 1 hr for drivethrough. Sat at window for 10 more minutes and then asked to pull forward. The shlowest thing around. It literally would have been faster to sit at waffle

I was really looking forward to breakfast but imagine my shock when I found eggshells in my scrambled eggs. It was really disturbing and a health hazard. I threw my entire breakfast away and will not be eating there again.

Food is good but not worth the wait. We waited 45 minutes in drive thru when there were approx 6 cars in front of us @ 11:15 am. Didn’t get food til after Noon. ?

I have been going to this Martin’s since it opened and the staff tends to rotate out. Which sucks because they had an amazing staff up til 3-4 weeks ago. Now every time I go thru the drive thru they have screwed my order up. And I am thirty minutes away at my office by the time I realize it. I always add extra egg and pay for the extra because they weren’t putting enough on the biscuit. I have been charged at least 15 times and not gotten it. And when remind the guy at the window he assures me it’s there because he put the egg on it his self. I mean let’s get real dude, there is barely a half of a medium egg on the biscuit. Then today I go in and order a small bacon and egg with my normal large sausage egg w/extra egg. I get to my office and it’s 2 small bacon eggs. Both with one tablespoonful of egg and one piece of bacon. 10$ and I barely got one full biscuit out of two. This will probably be my last visit to this location.

I keep getting the same order, never ask for cheese in my food because I am severely lactose intolerant and they keep putting cheese in it! The order option is steak and egg biscuit not steak egg cheese biscuit. It DOES NOT COME WITH CHEESE! please retrain your staff!
