I see many people had a bad drive through experience here. Not I. Every time when I do stop by here they’re pretty fast in my view. They’re faster than Wendy’s and Wendy’s suppose to have foods already cooked but it takes them way too long. Especially for the one at Shallowford Rd in Marietta Ga. This store is going nowhere fast. It's pretty strange to be in peak lunch hour and have to go back to the freezer because the fry freezer was empty, and this was after having to wait for part of our order to be cooked, and then forgot fries on top if it, which were also not prepared. This store used to be amazing when it opened. Great management and great staff, but it has changed.

I keep getting the same order, never ask for cheese in my food because I am severely lactose intolerant and they keep putting cheese in it! The order option is steak and egg biscuit not steak egg cheese biscuit. It DOES NOT COME WITH CHEESE! please retrain your staff!
