Decent lunch fast casual style food. The loaded baked potato was recommended to me by a friend who loves them. It wasn’t my favorite but I have no complaints about the dish. It’s certainly a lot of food to eat which is nice.
I can’t say enough about the service I received yesterday with a spur of the moment order for 15 people. After a catering order fell through at a doctor’s office, and being told by other local places that it would be over an hour to prepare during the busy lunch hour, I went to McAlisters. Very displeased with my order. Baked potato was hard on the bottom and could only scrape the top to eat. It had huge chunks of hideous butchered tomato on top minus the green onion I ordered. My club was on burned toast. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box. I live too far from the location to drive back but I was unable to enjoy the meal at all!
