This location is run by people who cannot figure out how to run a debit card then barely speak enough English to communicate and on top of that the Manager hung up on me when I wasn't finished sharing my bad experience there this evening. I made it very clear that I was simply looking to save the next person from getting such poor service. I will definitely not be ordering food there again at that location especially but strongly considering a boycott on the whole McDonalds food...read full review
Used the app and paid in advance and when I arrived they said that they couldn’t “find” my order - it was for a cheeseburger - yes a cheeseburger … McDonald’s couldn’t handle a order for a cheeseburger on 🍔 #NationalCheeseburgerDay Ba Ba Ba Ba Bad
This particular restaurant is horrible. They are super slow. I've waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru line in the morning when I ordered 2 hashbrowns only to be pulled past the window after paying because they aren't ready and when they bring them to the car they are cold. This happens most mornings. Hashbrowns take 5 minutes max. They have no idea how to read the order screens. Most mornings they also try to hand me the order for the car behind me.
