Moe's Southwest Grill

The most bizarre Moe's I've ever been to. The food did not appear to be made fresh on the grill; everything sitting out definitely affected the taste. The soda machine was dirty. The man serving the food was nice.

Not recommended. I asked for additional Lettuce in a $100 order, and the server had to call her manager, who told me that more lettuce would be $3 with tax for the price of a small Queso. The server then told me this location isn’t doing well so they’re doing things like this. When a store is getting chintzy on Lettuce then it’s circling the drain.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. They sent out a text that says “Moes Marietta” with a coupon attached with today’s date. The male manager with the long hair and no name tag was extremely rude. Will no longer be coming to this location and suggest you do not either.

The worst moe’s that I’ve ever been to. We stopped for quick lunch and they ran out of rice, and that guy still scooped the dried small rice that’s left in there. The ingredients and chips look stale and not fresh at all. The place is total mess. I’d stay away from this place.

I visited on February 16 and had an alarming experience that I will never forget. My minor child was served a bowl containing a *metal bolt*. When my child bit into it, I immediately reported the incident to the employees and health inspector, who informed me that this issue had occurred before and was likely caused by a tomato slicer. Despite reaching out to corporate for assistance, I was repeatedly redirected to the franchise manager, Jessica, who apologized and promised a refund—something corporate also assured me. However, as of now, I have received neither the refund nor any meaningful resolution, let alone compensation.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed, not only in this specific Moe’s location but also in their corporate headquarters. The lack of urgency and accountability in addressing such a serious incident involving a child is unacceptable. My trust in Moe’s has been shattered, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very unprofessional and sketchy behavior from staff on shift when I called, then drove to the store to inquire about this CC theft that occurred from their store. Just a heads up for all who considered putting your CC information into this store's APP to order food.
