Take out, the oxtails were chewy, getting between my teeth. I am surprised, prior take out was delicious. I ordered oxtail, received 3 large pieces, the rest was mostly bones. Did not receive cornbread which I paid for. Very small pieces of plantain, mostly raw. A table spoon of cabbage with one small slice of carrot. Ask for extra gravy on side, very little came in the container, like a couple of tablespoons. Rice was very dry because there was not enough gravy, it's why I asked for more. I will never order from Natty's again. Be consistent. The size of dinner was the same as it us for lunch, except lunch is cheaper. Do the right thing every time. UGH!!!!

I wouldn’t rate this place very high off of my first impression. I order the brown stew chicken and the gravy looked really weird and thick rather than a liquid sauce. And the chicken tasted funny not fresh almost like it had been sitting overnight and reheated & the rice did not look fresh at all it looked like it had been sitting in the gravy for a while.. I also ordered 2 chicken patty’s with cocoa bread and the bread was hard by the time I got home and I don’t live far. by the time I got home I realize they gave me 1 veggie & 1 chicken patty which was an inconvenience and the collard greens were so salty omg. And the plantain were so dry and stuck together I’m so upset. This isn’t what authentic Jamaican food would taste like in my opinion. 5/10
When I say the BEST jerk chicken my taste buds have ever tasted 😋 Mercy the Meat was so fall off the bone tender flavored with love the entire meal was fantastic! A coworker told me about the place Months ago but I didnt go but one day my 3 days a week place wasn't open ( Family affair) I decided to check out Natty
The Owner has such a Beautiful & graceful vibe said she been there 23yrs? All I know is I been back a couple times my son joined me He loves it too lots of food for leftovers and they have a Nice Lunch Special

The food here is great. I have tried 5 things off the menu and loved all of it. The ox tail is a must have. The curry is as well. Count on me being back again and again. I don't know if they deliver but there is only one table.

Brought a coworker here… When I tell you the food was so good we both damn near are thru our plate. I mean it. Oxtails, amazing. Portions fantastic. Mac and cheese GAS. Plantains… delicious. Rice and peas… phenomenal.
The customer service was fantastic, I felt like I was eating with family. I will be back and with more people.
The energy in there is amazing. The mother and daughter duo, can’t not be stopped.
This establishment can grow and be something even more amazing with the help of the community.

We tried them for the very first time and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the Curry Shrimp, Brown Stew Chicken, and Oxtails and they were all excellent. Chanel also provided top notch customer service. We will definitely be returning soon.
