This store has become complete ghetto. Service is terrible. Food quality sucks. Been a customer here for 10 years but will never go back. Rude and lazy staff. If I could give a zero it’d be all zeros.

Very rude very disrespectful. Order pizza 3hrs ago and called for updates. 1st time I received updates and updates inform. Called 1hr later food has to be remake. Person at store called me to update pizza is on the way after 3hrs 45 min & given to door dash. Door dasher was very rude had bad attitude and did not follow directions of delivery location as stayed on the information given to her. Very rude and unprofessional and decided to leave pizza at the gate. Called this location several times and was hung up on several times as well as keeping me on hold until phone hung up. Will be speaking to a manger! Nasty work

came in to pick up an order, and seen the black girl on night shift making food with her bare hands. I was disgusted, and glad I was picking up for uber instead of eating it. Just trifling.

This is long over due but I want to recognize the store manager and his staff. About maybe 3 weeks ago I order pizza for my kiddos on a Wednesday which I don’t normally do but I decided to treat them to a pizza dinner and drink. I placed an order for delivery. Well the door dash driver forgot to grab my drink and when I got my pizza delivery there was no drink. I did get mad, I was just a bit disappointed. So I called the store and a very nice young man answered, I told him what happened and if I could just get a refund. Well to my surprise, the store manager went above and out his way to bring my drink!!!! I was very impressed and appreciative for his kindness. So I just want to say Thank You again for being so humble enough to take a moment out of your business evening that day ensuring that my children and I received our full order!

I tried ordering online at this store November 7th when I tried to process the payment it said connection error so I tried to process again said error again I called you guys the process didn't go through but you took the money off my card twice then said you have no order for me and haven't refunded my money !!

I walked in here and was ignored for a solid 5 mins. When I got mad to leave the girl caught an attitude. I didn't even pick up what I ordered, I just left.
Did not deliver half the order, promised they would for an hour before giving up and refunding

I love Papa Johns normally, but I was very let down this time around. Ordered extra sauce and it came with barely any on it. For some reason, they gave us a New York Style instead of traditional. The pizza was cold when we received it. Service was lazy. I stood at the counter for a minute before being acknowledged despite one employee making eye contact with me and then turning away. Was definitely not the A-team working in there.

Ordered Cheese sticks and 16 wings. Arrived quick but missing 2 wings from my order. The seal was not placed properly and the box was overly greasy. I called the store and the rep stated that the manager was not available and to call in about 10 minutes; I asked him what her name was, he stated he doesn't know but calls her Red. What kind of business is that? Sad funny Side note: they also didn't get me the requested sauce on my order
