Walked in, ordered the pizza was told it will be ready in 15 mins. It took 45 minutes for a (medium pizza). What I got was a pizza that didn’t have hardly no sauce, falling apart, just a mess. The girl that’s cooking the pizza seems like she didn’t care with no motivation. This store got a 100-A rating which got to be on cleaning. It sure isn’t on good customer service . Or giving the correct time. 45 minutes just unbelievable

Ordered delivery (real person) and said "no pepperchini pepper" about ten times. Allergy to peppers. Came with the darn pepper. Called the manager and said I would take the pizza for a discount and not eat the slices by the pepper. She refused. She wanted to remake it and have me wait another 40 minutes. I sent it back to the store and ate elsewhere. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

I go here every Friday. I don't even know the guy name but soon as he sees my car he has my Pizza ready lol I don't even have to tell him my name anymore and if I miss a Friday he's like " hey I didn't see you last week"

If I would have known delivery was made thru doordash I would've picked it up myself. Or wouldn't have even ordered. The guy grabbed a piece of my food definitely, doesn't this come with a corner? From now on only carryout. The tracker said they were still baking it and the doordasber called me for the unit #, I said apartment? He said yeah because apparently he didn't have it.

Waited 30 minutes in their drive-thru waiting for my pick up order, and was still expected to pay full priceI clearly had an issue with this and asked to speak to the manager. The girl I spoke to said I'd need to wait another 10 minutes because he's "busy". I saw him outside taking his sweet time taking out the garbage.At this point I was so frustrated I left and ordered somewhere else.Literally 0/10, management is AWFUL

The wait at the window was longer than expected. But once we got to the window we had a great experience. She pronounced my name correctly. Our food was piping hot and well done as asked. We weren't able to take a picture because we ate it so fast.
Never had issues once with this location. Food is always good and arrives on time.

Worst experience with this location again and again. Refuse to pick up phones, don't have accurate times for delivery, and when I first moved to this area told me my address wasn't deliverable even though I'm just up the road. Have gotten deliveries since then so not sure what that guy was talking about. Tonight was my 5th horrible experience so I finally decided to leave a review.

We ordered 8 pizza’s for our team & we waited 2 hours with no pizza ,, we called all three locations in the area at that point …no employee helped us find the pizza… they charged us but no help to find it … extremely disappointing to be charged over $100 in pizza & when you call every single location in the area to be put in a circle of each location telling me to call another location … Disappointed. Never, ever again . Nope papa.

I did order pickup. I understand it's Saturday night and the pizza is gonna take some extra time because they're busy but there were five workers just standing there not acknowledging the customers or me at all not even a simple "Hey I'll be right with you." One of the workers just kept looking at me. If I'm gonna wait an extra 30 minutes for a pizza I expect some customer service. Didn't even get hello. It's was just rude and unprofessional.
