It's a to go place and my go to place when my kids friends come over. Simple and delicious pizza that never disappoints.

Worst place to order from. Manager is useless after 1hr and 20 minutes I have to reach out to them to check on my order and then he says we don’t have delivery drivers and DoorDash is not responding your order is sitting here. Have the damn decency to call the customer and let them know the issue or don’t accept orders. Will never order again.

Second time to schedule a delivery and had to cancel and go somewhere else because it was over an hour behind with no guarantee that it would be ever delivered. Will never use Papa John's again

Delicious pizza, but the bald dude was pissed when we got there and gave us horrible service though the guy with the glasses was super professional and kind. While we're waiting for the pizza in the car he came out and glared at us for no reason. Big ups to the guy with the glasses

This location has continued to go downhill. They never have their orders ready on time. There are several other pizza places in the market that have higher quality pizza and are more efficient.

I pick up Doordash orders from here all the time and they are consistently busy, but the front cashier woman is absolutely on point. She's very organized and maintains the best professionalism

They do the opposite of the instructions on the order… for example if you select extra sauce, you get no sauce. Extra bake, you get under bake. Only used them twice but so far they’re 2 for 2 in repeating this pattern.

I think their food has gotten a little bit better over the course of the last couple years. It's not as good as it used to be but I know they were struggling with overcoming racism and a whole bunch of stuff. I hardly notice the racism anymore because most of the workers are black or off-white.

Kid-friendliness: I've never seen any kids in here but kids do seem to like shity pizza so....

That epic stuffed crust with the garlic butter hits like a Mac truck each and everytime! I order from here at least once a week.

This is the best Papa John’s! They went above and beyond to fix a situation that they really didn’t have to do, nonetheless, they were sure that had a fresh pizza. I was in town visiting my sister and we ordered at her place, blown away by this level of service. You definitely don’t see this in Asheville!

6 times in a row have forgotten my dipping cups and refused to do anything about it. The actual worst.
