Easily the best chicken I have ever eaten! Really good priced for the amount of food you get! Usually a bit loud inside, but it just stays full of people I there it feels like, so no surprise really.

The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly. It had been a few years since I’d been here and the menu looks very different than I what I remember, but wow. The food was on point. The Chicken was perfectly cooked. The staff were so kind and polite. Would recommend stopping by for sure !

I truly love the food here. They have some of the best grilled chicken around. However, tonight I came in to get dinner and used the restroom before I ordered. There was an employee in the restroom too who didn't wash his hands afterwards. I can't in good conscience recommend this place any longer due to this. This is fundamental food safety, and it's disgusting to think that I'm eating food from someone who has such little regard for others that they can't even wash their hands.

I have patronized this location several times. I was introduced to the OWNERS this summer who were having a meeting in the lobby. I told the owner then how great his employee (s) are and how good his chicken was and how many times I have been back.
However, the chicken on my last two visits including today are no comparison to what I am use to and well, honestly, the chicken SMELLED, was dark inside, and the seasoning was NOTHING like the previous. In this case there was NO seasoning. I am surprised.

This is 2nd visit to a Pollo Campero, but 1st to this location. Order was taken quickly and food out shortly after. Everything was hot and delicious.
Employees were constantly cleaning as customers left restaurant. Haven't seen this much efficiency in a restaurant in a while, impressed.
I hope this chain expands in the Metro Atlanta area.
