One of if not the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The chicken and rice were so incredibly flavorful that I can't wait to come back. $25 to feed two people is a steal for what you get. The girl at the register also handled an upset customer during our visit professionally. This customer was really rude for no reason after not getting her cup through the drive thru. She straight up reached over the counter and snatched a second cup out of the worker's hand when she accidentally grabbed two to hand to them. Protect and respect this place please. It's a treasure.

First of all, this place is CLEAN. My partner and I came in toward the back end of lunch, around 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, our first time here. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, 2pc dark, Campero rice, fries, and a large horchata.
Everything was hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. The creamy pepper sauce and slightly sweet dill pickle slices on my juicy sandwich deliciously exceeded my expectations. The fries were crispy!
The grill chicken has a very tasteful flavor. I did liked the food and service. Would recommend to people to go there.

Ok so I visited this place for the FIRST TIME EVER. I work in the area but I’ve seen this place in passing many times so I decided why not give it a try….. Well….. I should’ve gone to Popeyes. For one, I ordered a 2pc combo and it only come with one side, no drink 🤯 but I ordered 2 additional sides AND a drink to try them out fairly. For two, the service could’ve been better. I understand there may be a language barrier, but a smile and courtesy goes a long way. For three, the food was bland. Now, the chicken was seasoned and portioned nicely, probably need your own hot sauce, but the beans, rice and plantains was BLAND. No seasoning and well over priced. Mind you I paid $20+ Next time, I will go to Popeyes.

The roast chicken is incredible. They cooked it fresh for us and the service was great. This reminds me of a better pollo tropical. 12/10 recommend.

They were doing ok when they first opened. Unfortunately, now they often don’t have any chicken left for sandwiches or bowls. Also, ordering a simple nugget meal literally takes 20 minutes in the drive through to get, which is really stressful if you are on a 30 minute lunch break, which we were. Not sure if management changed or they just don’t have people (and chicken). We won’t be back after tonight. What a shame.
Way better in Guatemala not even close. Shame that like most of American food it's all GMO

I love the empanada trio! So filling and the Mac and cheese or fry side is a must (some of the best fast food fries). I also can never go here and not order their plantains, so yummy.
