While there were some other guests that were cussing and swearing, Thomas, the manager was extremely professional. His sense of urgency was fantastic and he was continuously providing feedback to the kitchen staff. He was awesome.

This is the second time I've received the wrong meal. It's enough the food took forever to be ordered. But then to pay for the meal and not receive what I ordered multiple times is concerning. No shade to them but attention to detail is imperative.
Just give me the correct order please. Because we love y'all food but hate the inconsistent service.

The girl working at the drive through forgot to turn off her intercom and she started saying how she hated that job , she hated people and that she hated the customers. Then she questioned our order in a rude tone. She was extremely rude so we left. We would have understood if they were closing but this was around 10:15 pm and online it says they close at 12 am. I would suggest some better customer service training.

Had to wait over 15 minutes in so called fast lane. Their call box doesn't work. Had to go to window to order & hope you don't forget what you wanted Off board. Then wait longer with cars stacked up in front of order window for our food. Saw lot of customers just leave. Very poor service. However the food was great. But what's with the no desserts? Dave

Google requires you to give 1 star but the experience I had was absolutely terrible. My family was forced to place our orders with an employee after she hopped out of her car and proceeded to take our orders using her iPhone and AirPods because the speaker was broken. After repeating our orders several times, we arrived to the next window and our orders were completely wrong. Additionally, our lemonades tasted like cleaning chemicals. This experience was the worse I've ever had with a fast food restaurant.

I went in last night to get a turkey and asked the gentleman if it was fried. He stated it was so I moved on and purchased. He gave me instructions on what to do to thaw and reheat. This morning I go to follow the instructions to reheat but the turkey is raw!?!??!?! Wtf! I am pissed because had I know it was not cooked, I field have figured out a different option. Now I have paid $60 for a feied turkey that is raw. Save yourself and NEVER purchase from Popeyes.

Drive thru ordering box was down. Had to order at the window and was told to move up to wait for my food to be brought out to me. Waited 20mins as others received their food at the window and eventually had to walk in to remind them I was waiting.
I would like to share my heartthrilled experience. Today we visited 159 Cobb parkway Popeyes. Our order number 20078 and we were served by Demetrius at 6:38 PM.What an amazing host. He was listening to what we order so carefully. He greeted us when we entered and he made sure food is served hot. No words for his excellent hosting skills. This is not just one time good experience but life time memory. Thank you Demetrius for being such a wonderful host and a human being.

Don’t come here if you are hungry. I waited for 30 minutes thru the drive thru because the order box is not working. I eventually left to go somewhere else
I never go to Popeyes but have seen some IG videos about their naked tenders lately, so I decided to get some today. Had to order at the window cause their speaker box is broken. I ordered 5 piece tender, no combo cause I don't want the drink, and 2 sides of mashed potatoes. Then I added a tenders kids meal with a sweet tea. I got no receipt. Should've known my order would be messed up not getting a receipt. I checked my bag once I got my food and in the kids meal box there is literally only 1 tender, no side. I took the box inside and told them I only got 1 tender in my kids meal and nothing else. One lady says I need a receipt, which I wasn't given one. The girl then takes my box back to the woman who boxed my order to review the orders on her screen. That lady then gives me a dirty look. She says I ordered the naked tenders, a mashed potato side, and then a kids meal with mashed potatoes. I said no, the lady at the register rang me up wrong then. I proceeded to tell her exactly what I ordered. The box she gives me is finally right- 3 tenders and fries. She also gave me my receipt, which is in fact rung up correctly and they didn't give me the right food. The receipt also says the kids meal should've had apple sauce and a toy, which I didn't get those either. So seriously, I was expected to pay over $21 for 5 naked tenders, 1 breaded tender and a kids tea?? Then yall have the nerve to ask for a receipt and give me dirty looks when it's your mess up?? Yeah.. I definitely won't go back to this location.

They have a sign saying skip the line for Mobile orders. They don't even have them ready at the quoted time. I stood in line 10 minutes just to give them my name and hear the employee say ok. We will start on it now.
