Lashundu needs to get her attitude in check. I get that its busy, i get that your pregnant, but i didnt deserve the shitty attitude while trying to be polite. Ruins it for the rest of the team that i actually really like.

The heavy set guy the manager is very mean and very combative. He always say thanks for choosing them but the experience he gives don’t line with choosing them. His mouth is just too smart and he has a very nice nasty type of attitude.

They over charged me for the wrong order. The employee tried to Cash App me the difference which I thought was shady. Food tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. Never going back to any Popeyes again.

Very friendly crew, everyone was smiling and ready to help us. Food was fresh and tasty, only the chicken was a tiny bit too crunchy/dry to my taste.

Personally, I always think Popeyes is good. This location was no exception. Hot, fresh and tasty. Was here around 6pm on Sunday. The staff were great. Friendly and professional.

If you like getting treated with disrespect and nasty attitude this is the place for you. Pulled up to the drive through and immediately got screamed at by some angry black girl, didnt even say anything and she was already talking to me like she was ready to end her own life. The guy that works in there was the same way. She swore at me and shoved the food into my hands at the drive through.

I have never once experienced that type of attitude from any restaurant in my life. The most rancid customer service experience I've ever dealt with. Food was also prepared horribly. Screw the people who work here.

I have never seen a fast food restaurant so clean in my entire life. It was literally spotless. We were greeted when we walked in and the girl taking our order was incredibly friendly. Our food was hot and so yummy!

UPDATE 3/18/26. Last Friday I came back in for blackened tenders because I received coupon from customer service. My tenders this time weren’t rock solid but they absolutely were not fresh. I woke up Saturday morning with SEVERE stomach cramps/ yellow vomit annd diarrhea. I had confirmed food poisoning. I did not eat anything else Friday but breakfast (which did not make me sick ) and Popeyes that evening so I know it was the Popeyes. IF YOURE READING THIS ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER THE BLACKENED TENDERS. I NEVER THOUGHT ID SAY IT BUT IM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH POPEYES. I RATHER GO TO KFC, CHURCHES HELL EVEN PUBLIX CHICKEN. ANYTHING OTHER THAN FOOD POISONING. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF MY ORIGINAL ORDER.

After a certain time of day which I would say about 5-6pm the food is always old especially the sides. It’s no point in staying open late if you’re going to serve old food after a certain time, just close early. Also, the blackened tenders are always hard as a rock! I know they are not as popular but some of us really enjoy them over the fried option. I rather you drop them fresh and make me wait than serve me hours old small pieces of blackened chicken. It’s ridiculous at this point.
