My family hosted a wedding at this venue. We had to track down the owner to come and turn on the a/c becuase the party was set for 5pm and the thermostat had lock boxes which required the owner to physically come and open them in order to change the temperature. I never saw the temperature change from 85 degrees once the "a/c" was on. This was a major issue since it was a hot day in Atlanta period. Also in the kitchen the coolers did not work at all. The fountain drinks they provided were FLAT. The bathrooms were dirty on arrival like they only changed the trash bags floors look unswept or mopped. The waiters included refused to serve the food they stated they were only hired to take the plates to the tables after we served the food on the plate. The DJ had poor communication and arrived late. To top things off the bartender NEVER showed up. The package was over 12k for this venue and it is very dissapointing for people to take advantage after spending this much money. We had packed the extra utensils and beer and a family member witnessed the waiters stealing the beer and putting it in a truck. Please avoid the headache and book somewhere else.

Didn't answer our calls to answer the phone when my sister who was the one who got this to celebrate her wedding. They tried blaming my sister. My other sister witnessed security guy keeping an eye out for band of men walking around the parking lot doing shady things to a truck. They left because a family came out to leave and were parked near said truck. They headed toward a close by tire shop. They also took our plates and forks and other belongings that we purchased and when asked about the whereabouts of this they had no clue. But someone saw them put it in the trucks.

My father in law had his wedding here on august 27, 2022, terrible service, we got to the venue and they didn’t even have the coolers on for the beers , we had to turn it on our selves , they’re were so un organized , we had to help the servers pass out drinks to all of our guests, on top of that they supposedly “ran out of food” because it was more than 200 guests but as soon as we told them we’d pay them more cash in hand they magically made more food appear from the back , but to top it off at the end of the night ALL of the . were trying to keep the left over beers and alcohol!!!!! They had them hidden & even told us that there wasnt any beers and bottles left The alcohol wasn’t included in the $12,000 package!! over 15 24 packs of modelos and more than 10 bottles of Buchanans Scottish whiskey!! Very unprofessional, don’t recommend, they’re the same people from the San Francisco venue , tried to take advantage of us
